There is convocation held in Sysbosis collage,then some friend meet Jay said him to join party but he refused as he showed a poor man whom wore torn shirt with covering with ripped area's with other piece of cloth and said that waste of money,then he meet Jaya and teacher come to congratulate then as both top in their subject,but both precise each other effort for other. Teacher said it language of love.Then Jay meet his Mumbai friend Dipak Tejory,he shared that Jaya may not love him as she never said I Love U,both friend try to find out the solution.then at collage canteen Jay tried to gain Jaya's attention by dropping coffee on customer but none got angry on him then Dipak come with disguised and create scene and Jaya come forward said that he is her love.Then Jay thanks her for supporting him but Jaya shushed said she knows he was doing the drama to know her feelings .She said that he must come forward and asked her.then he asked about her father. Then showed Lokhande Ji who not like the rich people,he love whom live only with necessary.then showed Jay's father who is textile industrialist ,and he wants to talk to Jay. Both father called their children at same time.Jaya said to her father about Jay,as he like him self made man,also Jay inform his father about Jaya's feelings also wana tell her about his true identity.
