The novel was by razia butt

Sameera scripted the plot with her own written screenplay n dialogues

Since someone mentioned Mera Saaein, I've never watched this show, is it really worth watching?

As for Mann Mayal I never started this show bc I'm not a fan of Hamza and then when I heard the bad reviews, I was convinced that I made the right choice by not following it.

Dua, Mera saaien was incredible. I was addicted throughout the entire thing. It's probably THE drama that got me hooked on Pakistani dramas. Noman Ijaz...what a legend!

I was just searching about it to know more about the plot. Then I read a couple of reviews and comments on how the drama is somewhat seen as an insult to women and their decision making powers as well as how the main purpose of the female characters is to satisfy men

and produce kids.

Reading these comments kinda got me worried😕

It maybe hard to believe, but I've never watched anything for Noman Ijaz, even though I have heard what an incredible actor he is.

So what are the "first" pakistani dramas that you all watched? and then which ones are the first to get you hooked?

I grew up with Star plus dramas 😆...even in pakistan, they only watched Indian dramas...but I very first pakistani drama I watched was dil hai chota sa with tooba siddiqui but I wasn't hooked then I went and watched Humsafar, ZGH, KAM, etc...(the hyped dramas) and got hooked 😆
