Avi suspecting Arpi wasn't acceptable for me

That too with Ranvijay

She murdered(though RV didn't die)

She went to Jail and was tortured

She fought to save Avi

She was even ready to live with hi in a Jungle

Yet Avi could think that Arpi would betray her that too for RV

(Though what Arpi did was ridiculous and stupid)

That's why I felt Arpi loved Avi more than Avi loved her
