Nandini was happy about her and manik's friendship and started writing her diary.
Nandini: dear diary, Today is best day of my life My dream came true. Manik ne mujhe apna dost banaya aur apne bike me bhi bethaya Jo main chahti thi sab ho raha hain Aisa hi chalta raha to main aur manik jaldi hi saath honge.Thank you bhagwan ji.But mujhe bura bhi lag raha hain I should not plan anything Manik ne mujhe dost banaya mujh pe trust kiya. Agar kuch hoga hamare beech to sirf God aur manik ki marzi se hogi.Agar kuch nehi hua to samajh lungi woh kabhi mera tha hi nehi.I will be happy with his friendship only.But right now i'm super happy. Bye!!!
At evening
manik was sitting on his bed and start recalling his and nandini's moments.
(manik pov)
what happend to me? Why i behaved like this? I never let anyone sit with me on my bike.Phir nandini ko kyun?
And why was i happy when she held me?When i saw her crying,i did not like it? Actually i never liked it from childhood? I still remember, when ever she cry,i used to give her chocolate.Just like today. She always used to cry when i didn't want to take her with me to play ground.
{flashback}
manik was 5 years old and nandini was 3. Nandini half of a day used to be at manik's house, with niyonika. Because her mother was not alive and niyonika used to pamper her very much.She use to talk less and observe everyone around her with big doe eyes.She used to go with manik for playing.One day she cutely dressed up.Made two little pony tail was sitting at manik's house.Ready to go out with manik.But manik take his ball and start going alone.Nandini come down from the sofa held manik's hand and start walking with him
But manik left her hand and said
manik:nehi aj nhn, aj tum idhar ruko.
He started walking and again nandini followed him.
Manik: mene kaha na mat aane ke liye jao!
Nandini ran to niyonika and start pulling her by pallu.
Niyonika:kya hua meri cutie pie?Kyun ro rahi hain baccha?
Nandini: jana hain,leke nehi jata.
She said pointing toward manik.
Niyonika:kyun nehi leke jaega?Zaroor lejaega Chalo.manik kyun nehi leke ja rahe ho? Dekho kitni sad hain nandu.
Manik:mere dosto ko accha nehi lagta jab main nandu ko leke jata hoon.Woh sab gussa ho jayenge. Nandini start crying loudly. Tears were flowing non-stop.
Nandini:AAAHH!
Niyonika:manik please leke jao,dekho kaise ro rahi hain.
Manik:nehi mamma.Aap roko usse.Main jata hoon.
Nandini:AAAHH!
Manik step outside.
Nandini was sitting at door step and crying. Niyonika try to stop her but she was not listening. After 10 minute of crying manik agree to take her with him.
Manik: Ok. But chalke jana hoga,uthaunga nehi is bar.
Niyonika: good boy.Come nandu get up.
Nandini again held his hand and both left from there.
{flashback end}
manik laughed remembering that.
Manik: God! She is still a cry baby.
Manik got a call.
Manik: hello.
Dadi: hello manik.
Manik: ha dadi ji boliye.
Dadi: tum ghar pe ho?
Manik:ji ha.
Dadi: jaldi hamare ghar pe aao.
Manik: dadi hua kya? Aap gusse me kyun ho?
Dadi: tum jaldi ajao. Aaj to fesla hokar rahega.Bohot sun liya.Ab aur bardasht nehi hota.Aaj to is matter ko solve karke rahungi.
She cut the call.
Manik what have you done?
Manik ran to nandini's house.
Door was open,so he just entered.Manik saw dadi was sitting on a chair and nandini was standing beside her.Dadi looked very pissed off nandini was looking down.
Manik: dadi kya hua? Koyi problem hain?
Dadi: ha hain.
Manik: kya?
Dadi: problem hain yeh aur iski music.
She said looking at nandini.
Dadi:pareshan karke rakh diya iski music ne.Koyi itna bura kaise gaa sakti hain?Na sur na taal.Jabse anuraag ne ek guitar khareed ke diya hain,sara din bajati phirti hain. Main ek music lover hoon,par iska matlab yeh nehi ke mujhe kuch bhi sunado.Roj roj mere kaan ke parde pharti hain.
Nandini's eyes and mouth are wide open now.She got angry.
Nandini: dadi,aap mere music talent ki insult kar rahe hain.
Dadi: music talent ho to insult karu na?Guitar latkake,gala phar phar ke awaaz nikalne ko tum music kehte ho?
Nandini: papa ne bhi sunna.Unhone kaha bohot accha hain.
Dadi:ab tumhare papa koyi raja harishchandra to hain nehi,jo hamesha sach bolte hain.
Nandini pout angrily.
Nandini:dadi mene apko apna dost manti thi,par aap to meri dushman nikli.
Dadi: aisi singing se bachne ke liye main kisi ki bhi dushman banne ke liye ready hoon.Tumhara gana sunke to murde bhi uth kar bhaag jaye.
Manik started giggling. He was enjoying this very much.
Manik:accha dadi main kya kar sakta hoon?
Dadi:beta tum to kitna accha music play karte ho.Kya tum nandu ko bhi thori sikha doge?
Nandini's eyes got wide in shock,she cant believe dadi is being a cupid.
Manik: Men?Umm ok dadi.Mujhe sara din time nehi milega,to raat ko sikhau to chalega.Aur woh bhi mere ghar me?
Dad bohot late aate hain to koyi pareshani bhi nehi hogi.
Dadi:arrey wahh.Iska matlab mujhe yeh nehi sunna parega. Ha ha.Tumhare ghar me hi theek hain.Jeyada nehi to kam se kam itna sikha dena ke bas jhel saku.
Manik:ok dadi. Apki problem,ab meri problem. Bye.
After manik left nandini ran and hugged dadi.
Nandini:dadi aap meri dost nehi sabse acchi dost hain.Mujhe aaj yakeen hogaya ke,bade jo karte hain woh hamare bhale ke liye karte hain
(in filmy tone). Wow God.Matlab itni jaldi meri wish puri kardiya(speaking to herself).
Nandini kissed dadi's cheek and ran into her room singing oh God tussi great ho,oh god tussi great ho,while dadi was legit confused 😕
