Murthy residence 8:00 p.m
nandini was in her room crying for manik.
Nandini: Where have you gone manik? Why do you get so much angry? Didn't you think about dhruv, uncle and me?
Just then the door bell rang. Nandini: I think its dad. I'll ask him to help me out.
She opens the door and gets shocked. Manik was in front of her with his bag and guitar her eyes got filled with tears but she didn't let them come out. Manik was standing with a straight face. She was about to hug manik but her papa also come from behind and nandini stop herself. Anuraag: sorry beta, we were on our way when our car broke down that's why we are late. Manik come inside beta.
Nandini move away then her dad and manik come inside.
Nandini was confused that why manik is with her papa but she was happy that manik is alright. Nandini: Papa what is Manik doing hear?
Anuraag: Beta manik is gonna stay with s for some time. Meanwhile manik was staring at nandini and was trying to find out if she was upset about him staying at her house.
Nandini: Papa where did you meet him?
(Flashback) 5:30pm
manik was siting on a bench, he was at that park, where mananruv use to play. He was like a lost puppy that time. Don't know where to go. He was in tears. Nandini's papa was going from that road and he noticed manik there. He came out of his car and put his hand in manik's shoulder manik looked up at him with teary eyes.
Anuraag: manik what are you doing here?And that to with your luggage?
Manik did not say anything and looked down.
Anuraag: Its ok you can tell me. Manik: I left home
Anuraag: What? But why?
Manik told him everything. Anuraag:manik tum apne dad ke liye bura mat socho.Woh tumhara accha hi chahte hain.Har maa baap apne baccho ko daat te hain.Tum unke baato ka bura mat mano.Ghar wapas chalo.

Manik: No uncle I won't go back to that home.
Anuraag: Then where will you go? Don't tell me you are planning to stay here in this park..
He said while looking here and there.
Manik: I don't have any place. Even my friends are out of town. I would prefer to live on foot path rather than going back
Anuraag: Get up and come with me.
Manik: Huh!? But where? Anuraag: To my place.
Manik: No uncle i dont want to be a burden on you and your family. Please go.
Anuraag: Enough manik, arguing with elders is not a good ethic (Flashback over)
anuraag: Got your answers? Nandini: Yes papa.. And bohat acha Kia apne, hai na dado?
Dadi: ha beta.
Nandini calls dhruv and tells him about manik.
Nandini: manik dhruv wants to meet you.
Manik: But I don't want to.. I will leave if he steps in this house. Nandini: but he was crying for you from morning.
Manik: I know but for now I don't want to meet them. Anuraag: its ok nandini refuse him.
Nandini: Ok papa.
Anuraag: Nandini take manik to the room which is beside yours.

Nandini take manik to his room. Nandini: Manik if you need anything just call me my room is next to yours.
Manik: nandini you okay with me staying here?
Nandini: Ok? You have no idea how much happy I am
Manik: What? *surprised*. Nandini:mera matlab hain agar tum yaha rahoge to mera best friend kitna khush hoga.
Manik: oh! Like that..
Nandini's papa called her outside.
Anuraag: nandini khana ready karo baccha.Manik neh subha se kuch nehi khaya.
Nandini:oh god.Main abhi ready karti hoon.

Awkward moments

Nandini was cooking manik's fav food it was her first wish, that manik will eat her cooked food. She finished her work.Anuraag and manik join dadi for dinner. Nandini also come with food. Dadi start serving them.
Dadi: manik beta tum yeh bhindi ki sabji khao bht acchi
nandini shouts in between
nandini: nehi dadi manik ko isse allergy hain.
Everyone was looking at her shockingly.
Nandini: woh Dhruv ne bataya tha.
Everyone smile at her.
Dadi: Then what will u eat?
Manik was about to say but again nandini shouts
nandini: dadi I have cooked his favorite chicken briyani.
Everyone look at her with questioning eyes
Nandini: woh dhruv told me
Dadi was about to serve manik karela.
Manik: dadi
nandini: aarrey dadi he hates karela.
Anuraag and daadi look at her with doubt in their eyes and manik while raising his brows.
Nandini: Woh
Manik cuts her in between
manik: dhruv must have told you, we know it Nandini
He said while smirking, teasing her
nandini look down and everyone laugh at her.

10:00 p.m
Nandini was watching her fav serial that time manik also come for watching football match. Manik sit next to nandini. Nandini see manik and say
nandini: manik tumhe kuch dekhna hain to tum dekho,main baad me dekh lungi.
Manik:no_no.You watch.
Nandini:are you sure?
Manik: Yeah.
There was a emotional scene in serial Nandini was getting emotional after watching the scene but got distracted Manik was laughing like mad Nandini was staring at him blankly.
Manik: oh god! This serial is so funny Agar mujhe pehle pata hota to main yeh comedy show zaroor dekhta.
Nandini: manik yeh ek emotional serial hain aur painful scene is going on.
Manik: really? To mujhe yeh itna funny kyun lag raha hain.
And again he burst out laughing and she glares him
Manik: Ok main nehi hasunga Tum dekho.
Nandini: mujhe nehi dekhna Tum dekho.
Manik:let's watch a movie.
Nandini:ok.


Manik starts changing the channel.There was a really hot kissing scene.They both feel awkward.And start looking here and there.Manik again change the channel and now there was a very bold make out scene. Nandini turn completely red.Manik try to change the channel but remote was not working.And the scene start getting bolder. Nandini get up and start going in front of the tv to turn it of but dadi come there. Manik and nandini covered tv by standing in front of it.
Dadi.Arrey baccho tum dono kya dekh rahe ho.Jara hum ko bhi dikhao.
Nandini tries to switch offtge tv.
Dadi:nandu haath piche karke kya kar rahi ho?Hato samne se tum dono.
Manik and nandini look at each other and move aside
Dadi: What is this?
They instantly look at the tv and saw that scene was over.
Dadi: kuch accha nehi ho raha.Tum dono hi dekho.
After dadi left,they both burst out laughing. They leave for nandini room while laughing.

Manik: that was funny.
Nandini: agar dadi dekh leti to kya sochti hamare bareme.
Manik: kya sochti Ke hamari nandu bitiya ab badi hogayi hain.
Nandini:ok stop it.
Nandini's phone ring.It was dhruv.Nandu was about pick but manik take the phone from her.
Manik: hellooo.
Dhruv: Bhai what are you doing there?
Manik: Trying to be friends with your best friend
Nandini smile.
Dhruv: Bhai please come home
He said on verge of crying
manik: abbe tu nandu ki daily Soap ki heroine ki tarha kyun ro raha hain bas kar mara nehi main.Accha chal apne dost se baat kar.
Manik give her phone back.
Nandini: Dhruv don't worry I will take care of him.
Meanwhile manik was seeing nandini's childhood pic which was framed. He was in the photo too In one photo nandini was crying Manik was in her left side and dhruv was in right side. Nandu was holding a doll without her head, and her one pony tail was messed up. Dhruv was also crying.

Manik:nandini this Is our childhood pic right its so cute .Ek baat mujh aaj tak samajh nehi aaya ke dhruv kyun ro raha tha. Tumhara to pata hain.Mera dost aryaman ne tumhari doll ka sar body se alag kar diya tha aur phir tumhari pony tail bhi khicha.Par dhruv ko kya hogaya tha.Woh kyun bakri ki tarha me me kar raha tha.
Nandini:woh dar gaya tha mujhe rote dekh ke.
Manik:aur papa ko laga mene tum dono ko bohot mara.
Aur yeh photo.Mamma ne mujhe pehli bar guitar leke di thi,main play kar raha tha aur tum table ke upar haath pair phelake dance kar rahi thi.Sirf 3 saal ki thi tab.Pata hain tum kitni cute lag rahi thi.
Nandini was smiling.
Manik:you know,dhruv and you are made for each other. And nandini's smile get vanished.
