It's just a fun place for book lovers. Bookclubs can be based on any theme. It can be just discussing books of all types of a particular genre or time. Many clubs read together one or more books. Like in the IF bookclub selects one book per month that every interested member reads and then at the end of the month, we hold discussions on it. Similarly, there's a club on GoodReads that I'm a part of, which selects one classic novel from every genre each month and the members can read one or more of them and discuss it. Of course there are other discussions as well, mostly bookish or related.
I love book clubs because I don't have anyone around me with whom I can talk about books. There's so much I want to talk about and to have someone who shares the same passion is just lovely.
Oh, since we're discussing it here, you can join as well if you like it😊

Hmmm... this sounds interesting.
About joining the club... well, as of now, I cannot because I am using my mother's phone currently as my phone is damaged. So, I don't get her phone for much long time in a day.
So, once I get my phone back, then I might think of joining... 😊

Well, typos do happen. My phone too has auto correct and I have to cross check each time before I send any PM or post any reply. 😆
Well, this was my final year of UG. So, no more semesters and all.
Will try appearing for some competitive exams now. So, my full fledged preparations will begin post Diwali.

Speaking of Diwali, what are your plans this year for Diwali? I know there's not going to be a lot of open shopping or anything like that in most places. I ordered quite a few books on festive sale on Amazon, but it's so busy with them that they are taking days to dispatch it. I'm so eager to get my hands on them, but I won't even get them for god knows how long.
Just watched Raat Akeli Hai in Netflix......the movie was good , Aditya Srivastava sir's performance was phenomenal
Watched this one film called mathrubhumi (Aditya sir is in it).....such a depressing film
