Mala being pregnant i dont think its a big twist ..the big twist might be Priyanka knowing that her husband already is a father of not her son but someone else 😳 and it might effects more the relationship between the two families and this might effects archi relationship 😒 hopefully I'm wrong

I think Priyanka is pregnant, but doctors may have told that her health is slightly demanding, so she shouldn't be given any shocks.
