Why Shantanu is not on Wikipedia?

Guys just can't we create a Wikipedia page for Shantanu Maheshwari...? I think we can do that by getting the information and about Shantanu. Its just a suggestion and here is the link regarding the steps to be followed to create a Wikipedia page
