Vaani was not a beautifu girl to begin with. Her face was long way before the surgery.

Now it's deteriorated, true.

Why do these girls go for plastic surgeries , it totally ruins their looks . She did not learn her lesson even after seeing Anushka Sharma .

Thank you for posting this picture. I KNEW she looked different and cuter before. What has she done to herself? She looks terrible now.

She was never pretty to begin with..but now she looks terrible.

One needs to stop discussing anybody's face and saying it's this and that.
