Siya ke Ram: 7th October 2016 Written Update.

Lakshman indulges in a battle with Lav-Kush. He thinks that even if he faces defeat in this battle, he shall feel happy as someone is fighting to bring justice to Sita, but he has to free the horse. Lakshman gets defeated and falls down unconscious.

Sumanta reports the capture of the horse followed by Lakshman's defeat to Ram and Vashishtha. He further says that the two boys who vanquished Lakshman call themselves the well-wishers of Sita. When Ram inquires about their identities, Sumanta replies that they are the ones who came to narrate the Ram-Katha. They got angry on hearing about Sita and are seeking justice for her. They want those answers which Ram did not give in the court.

Maruti ties Lakshman to a tree. Lav tells Lakshman that they are under compulsiin to tie him up to fulfill their motive. Lakshman confesses to the boys that he isn't ashamed due to this defeat. It's his punishment for leaving Sita in the dense forest. Kush tells him that a man gets released from his sin once he realizes and repents. Hanuman seeks Lakshman's pardon in his mind.

Ram talks to Sita's statue and utters that he was waiting for someone to seek justice for her and to stand against his decision. But who would dare to question Raja Ram? He's happy that someone has dared to question him. He isn't upset but happy and at peace.

Vasishtha questions Ram about his decision. Ram declares that they will have to answer the challenge put forward by the Rishi Kumars. Saying so, Ram instructs Bharat and Shatrughan to free Lakshman and the horse.

Sita scolds Lav-Kush for capturing the Ashvamedha horse. She tells them that they have created a hurdle in Ram's yajna and challenged him for a war. Lav says that Ram will have to apologize to Sita as its result. Sita scolds him and asks him and not to say anyone with whom they aren't acquainted well. Lav replies that it's true that they don't know much but it can't be denied that he did injustice to Sita and can't be forgiven. Kush asks was it right to send Sita away in deception? Was that not world's biggest sin? Sita declares that she can't bear a word against Ram. Kush replies that she can't shut the mouths of everyone. If they don't get the answers of their questions, the whole world would question Ram.

Kaushalya expresses her feeling of intimacy with Lav-Kush and utters that she felt as if they were Sita's sons. Kaikeyi says that Sita's sons might be like Lav-Kush. Kaushalya doubts if Van Devi is their own Sita and decides to talk to Ram. Kaikeyi stops her and asks that if Van Devi is indeed Sita, will she return? Kaushalya thinks and utters that they have no right to interfare in her life. Wherever she stays, she should be happy.

Sita weeps on her dilemma and says that the sons who should have been obedient to their father, have got against him and become the foes of the Raghu dynasty. My life's motive was to hand over Lav-Kush to you and to be free of my duties. But I can't tell them the truth.

Lav-Kush seek Sita's pardon for capturing the horse without her permission and decide to free the horse the next moment. Sita tells them that her sons can't commit a crime. If they feel that injustice has been done, they must fight against it even if their foe is Ram. No relationship is greater than dharma and justice.

Lav-Kush offer food to Lakshman. Lakshman asks the purpose of offering food to a foe. Lav replies that they are aware of the codes of war and asks Kush to untie Lakshman. Lakshman remembers Sita after eating the food. Tears run down his cheeks and Lav-Kush stand amused. When they question the cause behind the flow of tears, Lakshman tells them that Sita used to prepare similar food during their exile period. Maruti informs Lav-Kush that Bharat and Shatrughan are coming to battle against them. Lav tells Lakshman that they will return after teaching Yuddh-Vidya to his brothers.
