The episode starts with Survi asking the watchman if Lata is gone. He says yes. She calls Kartik and says that she is leaving for the same destination as Lata. He is worried, but complies. Survi asks him to focus on implementing their plan tomorrow, by which time, she'll have done her work and have return. Kalindi overhears her conversation and asks what's it about. Survi says that she is leaving for Ganpati Phule. She is shocked and wonders what's going on. Meanwhile, Krishna gags Tai, threating her not to try to outsmart him else he will expose her. Tai isn't reverted, she asks him to go and blurt, and as that his behaviour will give it away. Krishna sits down. She asks him what happened now. pyare advises not to fight amongst themselves. Tai then tells Krishna about their plan to take everything from Kartik and his family tomorrow. She asks him to side with her for one more day. He asks her not to talk to him in rudy. He says Survi has insulted him in front of everyone and he'll punish her for that.

The next morning, all get ready for the Ganpati Visarjan. Tai asks about Survi when she doesn't find her. Kishore lies that she took Lata to the doctor, as she wasn't feeling well. Hema asks khushi to start with the puja. A procession comes in the middle of the puja. Kishore says that he had arranged for the Visarjan party. Vikram and Kartik both enters, disguised as a part of the procession party. Kartik fumes seeing Krishna in place of him, still manages to keep his cool. Kishore tells Krishna that Survi wanted orphan children to be given money and asks him to go and get the money from her locker before the ceremony. Krishna smirks then leaves for the room. Kishore shows thumbs up to Kartik as their plan is working. Here, krishna takes the money out of locker and then starts dreaming of having a comfortable life. Right then, Kartik comes with an iron rod and hits him on the head from behind. He falls on the floor unconscious. Then Kartik takes Krishna's place. Kishore takes care of unconscious Krishna while Kartik goes to meet khushi and gets emotional seeing khushi and his family. Khushi is angry with him and is unwilling to even talk. He apologizes solemnly. She pouts and complains that he doesn't care about her feelings anymore. Kartik begs that he is ashamed of what he did, and he shouldn't have hit her. He says if she doesn't forgive him then he won't be able to do so himself. pyare and Vikram notices them. Kartik promises her to never hurt her again, and that he doesn't know what came over him. Khushi accepts his apology, then they shares a tight hug. pyare shows this to Tai, and wonders how Krishna is so changed and loving suddenly. Vikram eyes Kartik scornfully thinking he's Krishna.
Here, Survi is following Lata on the road, unaware of kalindi doing the same with her. Kalindi wonders what's Survi doing here and decides to find out. Lata enters in a temple, and says to Ganpati that every year she alights a diya and makes two wishes, but why doesn't he fulfill the second wish. She says that she is a mother, who is half happy and half sad, what's her fault that she is being punished so severely. Survi wonders what she is talking about. Lata says that she won't go without answer this time. After she leaves, kalindi too reaches there and finds Survi praying. Survi continues following Lata. Kalindi is about to go, when a lady stops her asking her to take off her shoes first. She loses survi's track. Lata tells the priest that she knew that her faith will be restored. She says that a police inspector came looking for him, so her son is alive and his name is Krishna. Survi and kalindi eavesdrop this and are equally shocked to hear about the twins. Oblivious to them, Lata says that krishna is her lost son, who she has been searching for years. The priest reminds her how she had come 30 years ago, wanting a child because Tai wanted to get her husband remarry to carry an heir to the legacy. She begged to the God for a miracle so that she can deliver a son. She promised to sacrifice her first child to the lord. She says that she gave birth if the twin sons in the village where nobody, other than the housekeeper, knew that and she left her one son at the temple. Survi deduces that Krishna and Kartik are actually twin brothers and is overwhelmed by the discovery.


Precap: Kartik is knocked down by Vikram who mistakes him as Krishna. Here, Kishore tells Survi that someone has taken off Kartik. She says that she knows where he is. Meanwhile, Vikram locks Kartik in his secret cell. He threatens to hurt him if he wants, as the department doesn't want report from him. He asks him to tell all truths at gunpoint. Kartik says that he isn't lying and that he is Kartik, not Krishna. However, Vikram shoots not believing him.
