Woah! Two new promos back to back. After showing some romantic promos during the last 2 weeks, this time, they showed a more thrilling and exciting promo.

I really hope Halil is not dead unlike Osman who was shot by Yilmaz in the previous episode. I don't want Daghan to suffer another loss. But something big must have happened that brought back this 'angry young man' avatar of Daghan.

Going by the promos, two things are clear. First, Ender will be successful in sending Daghan behind the bars yet again. Though it seems that Daghan has been jailed only for threatening Ender. Second, Daghan will learn about Selvi's real feelings for him (and may be, he'll feel something for her too this time around).

However, what Selvi said to Daghan about him being the sole reason behind her not disclosing Ender's secret is only partially true. Because, we already know, Selvi was also hiding this truth in order to keep the reality of her brother as well as herself from Daghan. But I also believe Selvi is more protective about Daghan because he is the person whose life they ruined and her conscience makes her feel more obliged to protect him and of course, she is in love with him too. As far as Yilmaz is concerned, Selvi cares so much about him because he is her only family member and she doesn't want him to get into any more trouble.
Her love for Daghan is much more stronger than that for Yilmaz.
She has been very diplomatic till now. But will she be able to make a choice if she has too?
Anyhow, Selvi's role of a lawyer is going to come in handy yet again in bringing Daghan out of prison.

I have two questions in my mind.
1. Whose gun is Daghan holding in the promo? Is that the same gun that Yilmaz was holding?
2. Well, this is something very confusing to me. Are Yilmaz and Vildan real siblings?

Yes, promos are girpping and also confusing!

Hilal is not dead? Then why Daghan got so angry? For Osman?

We have to see what Beril will do now.

In facebook, someone said 'pain in the liver' for Daghan. Hope it is not pain in the literal sense. Is that an expression common in Turkish , like we have 'pain in the heart'? Wish SaraFatma comes to this thread also. Is she active these days on IF?

Yilmaz has indeed shot Osman & Halil...that is the pain in liver reference.
The secret can be either
1.ozghur's existence
2.Yilmaz as supari killer
3.yilmaz -selvi relationship.

@Deepika...
Agree that Yilmaz Selvi dont look like natural siblings.
I doubt Zakire as Yilmaz's aide.

Vids what an hilarious reviewπŸ‘πŸΌ...kaise kar leti ho yaar tum...I was just like this 🀣 throughout. Detail mein kal likhungi πŸ˜›

Friends just saw the 3rd promo of episode 7 and things dont look good for Daghan 😭 The promo is titled Baban giderse which literally translates to Baba to go πŸ˜” Now this is way too much for poor Daghan πŸ˜•

And the ratings are up for OK as was expected πŸ‘πŸΌ And after tomm, it surely will be at #1 πŸ‘πŸΌ

Finally watched Episode 6. I am feeling it an ordeal now to sit through the more gruesome scenes, like Ender getting Yilmaz tortured or Osman's death.
Somehow I feel Ender's character has been put on a very different course than what he was previously meant to be. Of course, he was always the antagonist, but the depiction of him in episode 1, of a man with dark grey shades but SOME human touch (like his love for Beril or his insecurity about his parentage) was more appealing than the sadistic brute they have turned him into.

Also, though I praised him earlier, Sarp is overacting now.

As Vids pointed out, there is no character development for Beril. Heck, even Sahika and Aasu have shown more shades than her. In the scene where Daghan and Selvi enter the party together, her one expression was repeated as the same shot over and over again.

It's really Engin, Fahriye and the warmer supporting characters like the Soysur family, Mehmet and Osman, and Aunt Zakire (my favourite!) who are carrying the show. The writing is a letdown. Neither is it as taut and unpredictable as an out-and-out thriller, nor does it have those subtle nuances of relationships which made me start to love Turkish shows in the first place.

Class differences and other socio-cultural undercurrents could have been explored in detail. Take, for instance, Selvi's humble origins. Some footage was given to her orphanage experience, but would just good schooling have been enough to account for her sophisticated avatar now? Wouldn't it have added more texture to the story if Selvi was also shown struggling to reconcile her street days with her present world? Moreover, a modest lawyer can afford a wardrobe as stylish as the Yoranels?

Also, what happened to Daghan's medical ambitions? I was really looking forward to see him return to his studies.

I know this has become a highly critical post. But there is something amiss. Had Engin not been in the show, I don't know if I would have continued watching it.

I just saw the 3rd promo. Beril will now be given more screen time. She has come back to Soysur family. Looks like Ender beat her or something.

Once their child's story comes out, I think Daghan's mother will support Beril.

Selvi cannot win against Beril, as mother of Daghan's child, and a woman he loved passionately once. I feel she is going to lose the battle from now on.

@vidya0006

Those ratings are about online watching audience or comments on twitter I thought. These are real ratings, like our TRP?

@blyton

I agree with you. The writing could be better.

@DefLeppard
Thanks for clarifying 'pain in the liver'. Daghan's child will be the last weapon Ender will use.

Episode 7 is more interesting... but will be better once the subtitles are added. Now it is like watching a silent film!

So, Daghan's father is dead. Don't know why that character was killed off so soon in the show. How many more people are going to die? Yilmaz, Fahri, probably Ender, who else?

I was disappointed that no one mourned Osman. May be subtitles will show they did talk about him. They didn't show his funeral.

Engin acted superbly as the mourning son. Very good and subtle and realistic performance.

Selvi was stupid to talk to Yilmaz at Halil's funeral. Mehmet saw her. But Daghan, even after knowing she talked to Yilmaz, seems to like her genuinely. He stepped back when Beril came to ask about his father and tried to hug him!

Beril gets more screen time. Guess that will increase now that she has come to the Soysur house.

Ender tells Daghan about his son I think, in the last scene. That's the only way his life will be spared.

I feel the weak link in this show is the guy acting as Ender. He does some weird gestures, probably to show Ender is mentally unstable. But it is not clear why he would want so many people dead.

Good morning!!

I haven't watched the episode

Looks like we have reams of paper to recycle.(tissues).

As crazy as it gets...uh?

Now since the battle lines were drawn, each side had to be on the same page. That is dharma's diktat.

Hence most of the plot has opened up.

I feel totally connected to Daghan & his quest for justice.

Bring it on OK team. Tease me with your art.

Until next episode...And we're stayin' alive, stayin' alive.Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive, stayin' alive.

@DefLeppard

You are so positive all the time. Thanks. That is contagious!

Btw, saw on comments section in youtube. There will be no episode next week because of some football match it seems. Unbelievable!

Looks like Ender will now blackmail Daghan by using Ozghur.

Am guessing, with the experience of watching so many of our serials, that Yilmaz for redeem himself by saving Ozghur from Ender or by killing Ender. Because he did not plan to kill Hilal or Osman.
