well rich people enjoys the benefits of single parenthood without any social glares.
unfortunately Tushar's this so called heralded bold step won't mean a thing for those
middle class people who longs for single parenthood without being forced to marriage.
middle class is like dhobi ka kutta na ghar ka na ghat ka.they can't enjoy the perks of
rich men nor gamble life like below poverty line people n so ends up marrying n
becoming more grumpy unhappy in their future just to see their children come to
earth.worst hit are single mothers.the stupid primitive Indian Society still requires u
to be known by ur father's name u won't even get admission to school colleges with
just ur mother's name.the so called torch bearers of women empowerment themselves
hide in holes.they are so stupid that they can march go to hunger strike to gain entry to a
Shani Mandir bt can not do the same heroics to amend these laws neither can they challenge
Tripple Talaq.fake are these people hypocrites n publicity hungry thats all they are.

I think you are making some broad generalizations here. Things vary all across India. Single people have it tougher in certain regions. However, ever since Sushmita Sen adopted to become a single parent, urban areas have become somewhat more accepting of single people adopting. There are many urban youth who are also choosing the no marriage or no children lifestyles as well. It is far from perfect. There are still dirty glares and societal pressure. But it is easier than less urban areas where somethings are just not possible. You hear about the Shani Shingnapur controversy because it hits a raw nerve. It challenges centuries old religious norms. The backlash makes it a big deal. However, there are many feminists fighting smaller, not so glamorous battles that reap rich gains. For example Maharashtra recently passed new laws allowing children to use mother's name, while women can use father's or husband's name. Ideally, someday women will not have to use fathers or husbands name and retain their own identity. But small steps at a time.
