It is not clear what is wrong with Soumya!  When the story unfold we will know.

Waiting to see how it is going to b characterised.. 

There are a lot of differences between eunuch, transgender,kinner,intersex. Hope some one knows. Soumya hve chance either to be kinner or intersex. Definitely not a transgender as its psychological and eunuch as its for guys.
