are sem's held outside india.saw in one epi that top 4 teams will be playing semifinals outside the countty

Nope . Actually ,  after this BCL , a mini BCL will be held in San Francisco  ( I guess ) between 4 finalists . But it has nothing related to this season. 

even i thought they said that final will be held outside india 🤔

nope finale will be played in mumbai but then in july there will be BCL International mini tournament in SF.
