*Chapter 5*
"No no no bhai .Please don't do this to me"
We were outside Kriya's house, from the airport till here she was continuously begging Swayam .As Sharon and Vicky called their drivers to pick them up so it was only me , kriya, sway and juno.
"For the nth time kriya, you have to face him someday.Right"
he said unaffected by her rant.
"Exactly Swayam someday not today.You know i can go to juno's house.Right"
She looked at arjun, giving him her adorable puppy dog eyes.To which he replied
"Yeah .You are more than welcome at my home.You know that"
Swayam glared at him which caused him to amend his statement
"But swayam's right ,you have to face him.And if things get out of our hands than you can come to my house and stay there"
"But...but"
She stuttered , of swayam took advantage and started dragging her inside the house.He rang the bell which was opened by shayam, caretaker of the house as Mr.Shergill or swayam are hardly at home.
"Swayam baba"
he said as he opened the but freeze as his eyes went on kriya.
"Uncle, Is dad home"
Swayam said ignoring his surprised look.Woah!!
Mr.Shergill emerged from his study, he was man of few ,i have never seen him speaking much but he will speak no one can refuse to his say .He always carried an confident aura around him.Even i am scared of him.We all moved towards him, Kriya who was standing behind Swayam suddenly caught my hand, i looked at her but she was busy biting her lips.I guess she mistook my hand in place of Arjun.But those warm feelings that spread through me were undeniable.It was something else.
"Look, whom i brought home?? "
he said as he presents kriya as trophy or something.She suddenly left my hand as if she now realised whose hand she was holding.It made me frown .
"We"
Arjun coughed. But Mr.shergill was too engrossed at looking at kriya notice him.
"Tiger"
he whispered so softly as if she would run away.
Kriya was hesitant , her head hung down.She didn't dare to look at him.I can almost imagine her biting her lip.She does that a lot.
She finally breakes her silence
"Daddy"
"Where were you, do you even realize how worried was i??"
He asked arduously.
"Didn't you once think about me??"
He looked hurt,really hurt.
"Sorry daddy, i am really ashamed of myself,i thought you would hate me, i- i..."
Her eyes welled up with unshed tears.Mr. Shergil's face softened.
"Come on kiddo, you know i can never hate you and it wasn't even your fault"
He tried to console her and came foreword to hug her.
"I missed you ,dad "
She said.
"Missed you too, tiger"
"Ok kids"
He addressed us.
"We are not 5 anymore, Uncle R"
juno teased him.While he just laughed and said
" i wish you were"
"So as i was saying before this one rudely interrupted me"
He said and glared at juno which he replied by grinning.
"I am throwing a party tomorrow, so kindly come and now get lost all of you as i need to catch up with my little tiger"
"Dad, i am not little"
She warned him.
"Wow i feel so loved"
Swayam said sarcastically.
"Bro you are always welcome at my home, lets go"
juno joined him.
"Ok guys, now i am going my home so tata, see u"
i announced as i need to meet my mom.
"yeah bye"

I was in my home, lying carelessly on bed, meet with my mom was quiet good, she was recovering fairly good.She was diagnosed with leukemia 3 years ago.It hurts to see her like that , it hurts to see her this broken and Dad well, he is another story that i don't like to think about.
A buzzing sound came from my phone, it was a msg from juno
'Meet at my house in 15 '
It said.I hurriedly took my car and went there.
Wait! Why the door is open.Inside vodka bottles were lying carelessly and all three of them were sitting in Devdas pose.
"Guys, did the hurricane pass from here ??"
I asked sarcasm oozing from my voice.
"I don't know ,did he"
He looked at swayam, i can hardly understand what he was saying, he was clearly drunk out of his mind.
"Anyways , we are having a party"
"Ohh really , i thought you were studying"
I said sarcastically again.I don't know why i was so sarcastic today because sarcasm and me , is next to immpossible.Must be because of someone who shouldn't be named.
"God, Only one day and he is starting to sound like Kriya"
Vicky said he was not drunk while Swayam looked a bit tipsy.
"What not at all, give me some booze"
I said cleraly avoiding that topic, lately i have been thinking a lot about her.This is not good for my health.
"Since our very own Rey is here, lets start the game"
Swayam's exitement filled voice came.
"What game ??"
"one of us will give you a number, the other 2 will be unaware of number, Then you have to call on that no. and talk, but you have to atleast use one of your pickup line"
Vicky explained and then continued.
"The sequence will be something like this, Arjun will give a number to sway, sway will give me and i will give you and you'll give to junno, pick up your best number guys"
He cheered but the look he gave me completely held someother meaning like he knew somethong that i don't.
i know a short chapter...
