That Viswa rup was adorned with shining Devine ornaments.He wore Devine garments and garland.The lustre of that form supercedes the light of lakhs of Suns .Arjun was awestruck seeing that wonderful form of the Lord and became ecastic.He bowed before the Lord and prayed.' Pasyami Deva...O Lord I see all the Gods and all creatures in your all pervading form.I see Brahma,Shiv and Sages.I couldn't realise the beginning,middle and end of your form.You have Sun and the moon as your eyes.Fire is oozing from your mouth.It looks as if you will burn every thing with your Prakash.You occupied the Sky the middle place and the lower place.I see sages praising you with Vedic chants.My lord,on seeing your ferocious form I am agitated.Pleace shower your grace on me.I see Bheeshm,Dron,Karn The sons of Dhritarashtr entering into your mouths.All the warriors are burning by your fire.I don't know you completely.Please let me know who you are." Krishna confessed.' I. Am the Samay. Fate. You are beyond everything.You are the resort for every one.I salute to you wholeheartedly.from all directions.Sakheti Matva...Not knowing your reality,I addressed you as Mitr,Krishn,Madhav.Please forgive my ignorance,I teased you when we ate together,slept together,enjoyed together.Please forgive all my actions.You are the Father of the universe.Bear with my lapses like a father,like a friend and like a lover.I am elated that I visualised your Viswarup.But at the same time I am afraid.Please come back to your previous form.I now want to see you with the crown,Sankh,Chakr,Gada, lotus in hands." Krishna admitted.' Parth no one saw this Viswarup before.Now you will see me in your desired form.Having said do Lord showed his chaturbhuj rup and then came back to his normal form.Arjun felt immensely delighted.

Evam Satata yukta ye..Arjun continued his questioning. Krishna smiled at his familiar doubt raising and questioning nature. ' Who are better ? One who is immersed in your service with devotion or one who will always meditate on the formless Almighty? " Lord answered.' Mayyavesya manoyemam Nityayukta upasate...I feel those who apply their conscience in my form and worship me with devotion will become complete in every way.At the same time those who meditate on my formless entity with self control and neutrality also will reach me in the end.But the second method is too difficult for mortals.Parth if you can not apply your mind. Continuously in me then follow different phases of Bhakti yoga.If that also is not possible for you then do action submitting to me in totality.You will achieve the highest state by that.If that also is impossible then try to earn jnan spiritual knowledge.Meditation is easier than this. But the best is sacrificing all the fruits of your actions for my sake.I always love my devotee who loves every being equally,who is devoid of false pride,who is neutral in happiness and sadness ,who is forgiving,who is satisfied with everything,who has selfcontrol,who has singlemindedly devoted to me.One who sacrifices the auspicious and inauspicious he is dearer to me.Sama satrocha mitre tatha...One who feels the same way for friends and foes,one who is stable in cold and heat,prospersity and adversity,honour and dishonour that one is dearer to me." Arjun understood what should be developed if he has to be loved by the almighty. He further questioned.' Prakriti Purusham chaiva...Lord,I want to know about Prakriti and Purusha,kshetra and kshetrajna.Knowledge and source of knowledge.Krishna replied.Idam sariram tu Kaunteya Kshetramityabhidiyate...Parth this body is Kshetra and one who knows about this body is called kshetrajna.The knowledge about these two is given by the sages in Vedanta Sutras.Accordingly The five elements,false pride,mind,Senses and their objects ,heart,happiness and sadness the qualities of life all these in brief constitute the kshetra.That which is not Jnan is Ajnan.I told you the qualities of the knowledgable.The all pervading,omnipresent has spread himself ,his hands,feet,eyes,faces,all these occupied every tiny place.The Almighty is the source of all senses but he is devoid of senses.He can not be seen with mortal eyes.He nourishes people and swallows them.He is the reason for the brightness among the bright objects.Man has this union with Prakriti .One who realises the nature of the soul,the three gunas,and the Almighty will definitely get salvation.Hence the Supreme Lord will be obtained through meditation,practicing the ultimate ways to earn knowledge and doing karma without attachment.One has to realise that Prakriti is the reason for physical actions but not himself.Soul is so small that is why though it stays in body it won't merge with it.Those who realise this will know the way to salvation...Panchali lied on her couch half conscious. Somehow her whole body became light and she is filled with ecastacy a strange thrill all through her consciousness. She had tears in her eyes that rolled down her cheeks making Malini confused and agitated. Malini tried to bring her back from her half sleep.' Princess, what happened? Why are you crying? She shook her shoulders unable to control her fear. After a while Panchali opened her eyes and got up slowly. What made her feel so ecastic? She doesn't know. But she could feel the thrill and delight that must be felt by her husband away in the battlefield. She doesn't know the reason but Arjun is in a happy state of mind. That is the truth she can swear and feel.Suddenly her fears regarding Arjun's reluctance to fight and her anxiety about not hearing the wardrums evaporated and a strange hope and confidence got back into her conscience. She smiled at Malini and confessed. I am fine Malini. We will hear the wardrums shortly.

He Bharat Vans Dipak Now I will tell that jnan which only the best of sages knew.Sarva Yaunishu Kaunteya...Parth.I am the one who provides the beej hence I am the father of this creation.The Prakriti possesses three gunas. They are Satv,Rajas and Tamah.The one who takes birth will be bound by these three as soon as he comes in contact with this physical world.Satva is the best and it relieves a person from sins.The person who possess this will be bound to spiritual knowledge. Rajas is created due to unlimited desires.The person who posess tamas will be effected by sleep,ignorance and laziness.These three gunas vie with one another to dominate the person.The person who dies in Satva gun will attain the worlds of sages.The one who dies having association with desired actions will take birth as one interested in those only.Those who lived in Tamogun after their death will take birth in the group of animals ." Arjun questioned.' How could I identify that one who is beyond these three gunas. ?Krishna replied.' Parth Such a person will be stable ,lustfree,and detached.He will treat clay and gold as equal.He will treat rivals and friends equally.One who completely absorbs in my self can go beyond these three.Urdhvamulamathahsakha Aswatham Prahuravyayam.One who realises the Aswatha tree with roots above,branches downwards and vedic Ruksas leaves can grasp the Vedic essence.This tree can not be realised by anyone .But with disassociation man can realise this.Nirmana Moha Jita Sanga Dosha...Those who are liberated from illusion,false pride,Association with wicked and who are neutral in Sukh Dukh and those who know how to take resort to the supreme God they will attain the highest state.Those who reach there will never come back again.The knowledgable will know which body they are going to take but not the ignorant.Yadaditya Gatam Tejo...The Prakash of Sun arises from me only.Moon's lustre and the heat of fire also. Gamavinsati Bhutani...I enter into all planets and make them stay in their sphere. Aham Vaiswanaro Bhutva...I am the inherent fire in the body of a person.I cook the food and help in digestion.Dvavimau Purushau Loke...There are two types of persons destroyable and undestroyable.The common people and the knowledgable. The third one is me the Lord of creation.Parth this is the secret knowledge of Vedas.Now I will elaborate the Devine nature and demonic nature.Purity,fearlessness,Spiritually knowledgable ,Generosity,simplicity Sacrificing nature,tenderness of heart all these constitute divinity.Dambho Darpabhimanascha..Arrogance,Anger,Rudeness,Ignorance constitute to demonic nature.Parth you are born with Devine qualities. Hence dont be sorrowful.The three doors to hell are Lust,Anger and Greed.So one should get rid of them.Tasmat Sastram Pramanam. Parth to do a thing or not man has to check Veda and Sastra. That is the only way to act." Arjun again raised his question.' What would be the state of those who do worship in their own way? How do we call them? Satvik? Rajasik? Or Tamasik? Krishna explained.Yajante Satvika Devah. Gods take resort to Satv gun,Yakshas and demons to Rajo gun and Devils and evil spirits take resort to Tamo gun.The Satvikas should eat food that increases life span,that is healthy and provides satisfaction.The Rajasikas eat too spicy food that may lead to ill health.The spoilt food and prohibited food will be eaten by Tamasikas.The Yajna done without desire is Satvik Yajn.The Yajn done for a purpose is Rajasik Yajn.And the Yajn done without abiding by shastras and without dedication that is Tamasik Yajn.Parth,Sarirak Tapas Bodily Penance is done by worshipping god,Parents Teacher and practicing non violence,purity Simplicity ,Brahmacharya .Penance through word is Speaking truth,and speaking soft not hurting others. Manah Prasadah...Satisfaction,softness,Silence,Self control is called penance by heart. I now tell you about charity. Dese Kale cha...The charity done at a proper place at a proper time without any expectation in return is that suits Satvikas.The charity done to get something in return this suits Rajasikas.The charity done to unworthy people at an improper place is done by Tamasikas.Om Tatsaditi...Since the beginning,Om Tat Sat indicates the supreme Lord.So OM is the beginning to strive for eternity.Yajn,Charity unites with Tat.Sat indicates Devotional service." Arjun questioned.' Tell me about Sanyasa.and its benefits." The Lord replied.' Kamyanam Karmanam...Sacrificing Karma action is Sanyasa. Sacrificing Phul Result of action is Tyag.One should not sacrifice Yajn,Dan and Tapas.They purify the person.But they should be done without anticipation.One should never leave his duties.He should do duty sacrificing the desired result.Parth there are five reasons for the fulfillment of action.Body,The master of the body,Senses,Efforts,and finally the supreme Lord.Man should realise he is not the reason for fulfillment.Detached towards Victory and Defeat that one is a Satvik.One who is interested in the result of the desired action is Rajasik.Stubborn,foul minded,Lazy and one who dishonour others is Tamasik.Now know about the real bliss. It arises from realisation of Soul.The happiness connected to senses is Rajasik.The temporary happiness that arises through Sleep,Laziness etc is Tamasik.Brahmins should have peaceful nature,Selfcontrol,penance Patience Knowledge and righteousness.Kshatriyas should have Valour,Power,Firmness,Skill,Courage Generosity and leadership .Vaisyas should do farming,Cattle breeding,and Trade.Man will get completeness by doing his duty.Iswarah Sarva Bhutanam Hriddese Arjuna Tishtati.Parth Iswar will reside in every one's heart.You take resort to him.Then you will get ultimate peace.Now I elaborated you the Brahma jnan.Deliberate well and do as you wish.Your are dearer to me. Hence Manmana Bhava...Always think of me.Be my Devotee.Worship me.Salute me.Then you will attain me.I am promising you since you are dearer to me.Sarva Dharman Parityajya...Leave every dharma and take resort to me.I will liberate you from all sins. Don't be afraid.This secret knowledge should be given only to my devotees.Those who listen to our conversation shall certainly achieve meritorious abodes.Parth,Did you listen to me with Dedication? Did you get rid of your illusion and ignorance? Arjun replied with confidence, Nashto Mohah Smritirlabdhah...Madhav, Due to your grace and love my ignorance was removed. I got freed from illusion.Now I am stable.Doubtless.I will follow your every word and do as per your direction." Sanjaya shed tears and said in a broken voice. O King. Due to Vyasa's grace I am able to listen to the great Devine Upadesh given by Lord to Arjun. My body is shivering with sheer delight.I feel blessed to see the Viswarup.Yatra Yogeswarah Krishno Yatra Partho Dhanurdharah,Tatra Sri Vijayo Bhutih Dhruva Nitirmatir mama.Where the Yogeswar Krishn and Dhanurdhar Parth stays there Prosperity,Victory,Extraordinary power reside this is my strong belief."
