Sartaj Gill opts out of 'Begusarai'

Sartaj Gill, who plays 'Priyom Thakur' in 'Begusarai', has quit the show. The actor shot his last scene on Thursday, and since he is quitting the show, his character will be shown dying in the show.
However, sources say, since his character wasn't adding much to the show, the makers decided to bump off his character. Sartaj, however, says, "I am quitting the show on my own terms. I had a word with them and we parted ways amicably. It's been a year since I have been associated with the show and now I want to do something challenging. I was feeling that I was getting limited. My character changed from a Casanova to a married man and I didn't like the change much. Mujhe laga 'Priyom' as a character bacha hi nahi hai."
