"Main chahta hun ki tum hamesha mere aankhon ke saamne raho."

His earnest voice got to her, the sincere words sweeping her off her feet; drowning her in his eternal love. She understood his fears, she had shared them. A wry smile came up on her face as she stared into his troubled eyes. She wanted to take his mind off it. She wanted to assure him of her presence, relieve him of her fears. The perfect idea struck her.

"Aur?"

He was taken aback. He didn't quite understand what she meant by that. What else could he want?

"Aur?"

She laughed at his evident confusion. And she fell in love with his innocence all over again. How had she stayed away from this incredible man for all this time? She gave him a quick smile and ran over the box which contained the props of the musical. She fished out a white Victorian umbrella and opened it, accepting the persona of a genie.

"Tumhe teen wishes diye jayenge. Ek toh tumne maang li ab do aur."

He let out a soft chuckle. She could be so cute sometimes. With all the chaos in their lives, he had nearly forgotten how much she loved to let out her inner child. It saddened him a bit to think about the past few months but then he saw the smile on her face, the glint in her eyes and warmth flooded. There she was, the biggest boon of his life.

"Tumhari yeh smile. Yahaan, is waqt joh tumhari face par hai woh saari duniya ka pata bhulkar hamesha wahi par rahe."

She was stunned into silence and a blush came up her cheeks. She might live with him all her life, but she'd never get over the exhiliartion filling her everytime he said something like this; downright touching and romantic.

"Hamesha aise hasti rahungi na toh phir darawni lagungi. Abhi third wish, bolo."

He laughed at her attempt to cover her embarrassment. His heart was pacing as she twirled the umbrella in her hand. Heavens, she looked like an angel. As he gazed into her eyes, he thought about how much he loved her, how much he wished to spend the rest of his life with her, in love with her. He knew what his third wish was.

"Bolo?"

But he wouldn't say it. Not out loud. Not after whatever transpired between them.

"Hmm..Nahi. Teesri wish main nahi bol paunga."

She looked disappointed, hurt and it pierced him sharply.

"Kyun?"

Did he believe she wasn't worthy of it? Think she couldn't fulfill it?

"Darr lagta hai Sharon. Agar keh diya toh koi nazar laga dega, phirse."

He saw her smile drop instantaneously and the very next second she jumped into his arms, forcefully. He caught her, pressing herself closer to him, his eyes shutting themselves in the intensity of the moment. He realised that he wasn't the only one with the fears of loosing her. She feared loosing him too. They both feared drifting apart after everything which happened between them.

And they took solace in the other.

She dug her head on his chest, her ears resting over his heart, the echoes of his heartbeat vibrating through her, touching her very core. She had missed this so much, missed him so much. She didn't want to let go, she couldn't let go.

Seconds flew past them, but they were lost, in there very own world.
