Need Application to hide privacy

Hey guys, I have just bought samsung galaxy tab 4 but I want to hide my personal messages, snaps, call logs from my family, few of my office colleagues are telling me to use leo privacy guard App for secure purpose. I don't want to take any risk! Kindly suggest me any best apps if you guys have any experiences with Privacy Guard app.
