According to the results Faisal has won and as a neutral viewer I am really happy with the result. I don't make frequent posts on IF, but what I saw today on Twitter compelled me to write this :
I was shocked and appalled at this. Is this really the way to behave as decent human beings?
I get that other contestants' fans are angry and disappointed. Sanaya being the most popular TV star among the finalists, and as her fans have been very dedicated towards voting, I understand if they want to know the actual figures. Anyone is free to express their doubts and their sadness. But is this the correct manner and language to use?
Let me add some fans are not like this and actually have tried to stop others abusing the winner, to no avail. If SI fandom is truly a untied fandom, they could have gathered all the fans who have united for voting to also behave gracefully in defeat / or at least supposed defeat too. Would your favorite appreciate you guys abusing her co-stars, judges and the winner who is actually a kid, 16-17 years younger than her? I am sure she wouldn't.
