Found this under Bajrangi Bhaijaan's facts on IMDB.
Salman Khan had dates blocked for No Entry Mein Entry. For undisclosed reasons, he decided to give those dates to shoot Bajrangi Bhaijaan. This left Fardeen Khan time to concentrate on his next home production "Firauti" opposite Katrina Kaif. Fardeen was planning on returning to acting with No Entry Mein Entry

Zeishan Quadri is an Indian writer, actor, director & producer[2] who wrote the story and co-wrote the screenplay for the Bollywood crime genre film Gangs of Wasseypur, directed by Anurag Kashyap. Quadri also acted in Gangs of Wasseypur - Part 2.
He has written a script for Fardeen Khan Productions tentatively titled Firauti' which will be going on the floor in the end of 2015
I'm also working on a crime thriller for Fardeen Khan-starrer, which is tentatively titled as Firauti," informs Zeishan.
