Ok, I understand it. But in this case the patient wasn't conscious.. To whom the right goes then, relatives or doctor?

In this case doctors will try to save the mother...it s always like that.
If any emergency comes then mother is saved and if possible then only child is saved.
I don't know much as I'm not a doctor.This is what my brother has told me.
