Are ranveer ishaani going to get re married????

I was a true fan of MATSH till Ranveer Ishaani were together, but as soon as Ishaani went to jail and Ranveer Ritika got close/married(I am not sure bcoz I never watched), I completely stopped watching it.

Now I have seen SBS videos about Ranveer Ishaani Suhaagraat and Ishaani stopping Ranveer from marrying Ritika.Also saw a pic where Ranveer ties mangalasutra to Ishaani.

SO I am all confused.plz tel me if they r going to be together again.If thats the case I will start watching for sure.Wen is Ishaani slapping scene is going to be tele casted.

Also was Ranveer Ritika's relationship was a physical one.
