I don't know what i am going to say is relevant to the situation here or not?
I am not an ardent fan of MATSH nor a regular viewer of the show, but a regular visitor of the forum. I just want to ask you lovely people one thing, Sympathy for a character is ok , Empathy for a character is also human, but isn't it awkward to try to find out ourselves or our partner in a character?, that too a character created by Ekta. I felt, that's what you people are doing here.. trying to find out sense and sensibility.. but all in vain.. It's not necessary that everybody like each and every character, but is it necessary for us to defend or offend these characters? They are created by their creators to behave like this only and that's their creative freedom..
Our real lives are much much better than tv daily dramas and mostly not dramatic.. but ha drama occurs once in a blue moon. So some of us whom are comparing real and reel may find it difficult to connect with the characters. For that viewers, i just want to say , watch the show for the actors or for producers or for directors or for creatives or for all the people who are doing hard works both in front of and behind the camera.. please don't try to find sense. That will only kill your enjoyment.. and if you are not enjoying you can always change the channel.
