Guys just saw the precap segment on SBB .Here it is ishaani is bed ridden in the hospital and tells shikhar that she wants to go to ranveer.BTW TL I am guessing she has gone back to ranveer's hate phase as her act of keeping keys to the room with herself during their SR implies so.
