Was she child of Jodha/Akbar or did Akbar have her with some other queen?

Bit confused over who her parents her.

she is in real daughter of Akbar and MUZ. In serial initially they showed as some other begum daughter but now it looks like CVS want us to assume she is daughter of JJ, as she is mostly with Jodha now.
