Honestly nurses get more specialized training in USA if they decide to pursue it, I do not think India has that many opportunities to do so. If i was raised in India, I would have gone for medical school

Last part begins with ABhi seeing Pragya outside the hospital, talking to God about why giving bad moments after few good, why no strength to face such moments, saying Purab asked me to save her.

Abhi comes by her side, human's power is in his mind, how he thinks, he feels. Pragya says you heard Purab, I can't do anything. Abhi says have faith in yourself, give him hope, as much faith in yourself, you will be able to give others hope. Pragya asks if she will be ok, Abhi says nothing will happen, Purab loves her and his love won't let her go away from him. Pragya thinks to herself like my love didn't let you go away from me.
