well there are many ways you can do that. If you already have the picture saved, then go to www.imageshack.us and browse and find the file there and click "host it". It will give you all sets of links, choose the last one that sayz "direct link" , copy it and paste it here. Another way you can post pictures is find a picture, right click and choose "Copy Link Location" and when u are posting it, there will be a picture of a mountain (where it has the bold, italics, underline). Click the mountain picture and paste the link there (2 times) and ur done! hope it helps! ask if u need more help!
