Main Points:

-In the court, Shobha defends Samarth, later only to be questioned by the Public Prosecutor who changes the proceedings of the case which flips the result from Samarth's bail to Shobha's arrest for contempt of court by lying and supporting the betrayer of the nation.

In the court premises, the lawyer tells Samarth that their case is very strong and once they get the Video recording , they can easily bail out of this and tells him to reply only in Yes or No in court. Lawyer goes to finish the proceedings, Tarun hopes Shobha gives her statement properly,Samarth is annoyed as Shobha is still not there, Mom says she is dropping kids at friends place, she should be here any time.
Nani and kids are having soft drinks and chips while playing passing the pillow game, Vikram walks down in his monkey cap and takes the pillow and keeps away, Rehaan points gun towards Vikram, who sulks over the mess created, Jiya clicks a picture of his and threatens to upload, Vikram chases her and deletes the pic, and warns naani not to allow kids near his room. Later naani receives a call from her friend who has an emergency situation, Naani goes leaving behind Kids and Vikram .
Tarun, Samarth are furious over Shobha's delay, Shobha arrives and explains how she had to leave kids at some other's place when her friend couldn't in the last minute. Samarth taunts her for having such untrustworthy friends, Shobha agrees that who ever she trusted they betrayed her. Samarth tells her not to start again.
The lawyer is back and warns the public prosecutor has made a strong case and these could have implications on Shobha, where she might face various humiliations, questions in media and also legal issues and asks if he is ready to take the risk, Samarth says yes whatever it takes him to get out of it. Shobha says she is not scared of anything, after what she faced in last 2 months and the biggest risk is marriage. Samarth and rest ignore Shobha and walks away.
Vikram has a huge stick in his hand, kids are sitting on the couch. He warns them, now that naani is not here, he would deal with them and tells them to do chicken pose (murga, as in squatting and holding your ears with your arms crossed from below your knees) the kids says they don't know what it is, Vikram demonstrates it and kids laugh at him, he realizes their smartness, he warns them, Jiyu asks for water, Vikram gives her water and instructs mahesh about some office work over the phone.
Vikram later says he is their mom's boss meaning their boss and tells them not to move from their places and he will be in his room and if they move from their place, they will be deprived of chocolates, saying so Vikram goes to his room. Jiyu gets up, Rehaan reminds her of chocolate and tries to stop her, Jiyu in her filmy way tells no one can separate her from chocolates as it's her right .
She places a fake cockroach on the stairs, Vikram was coming down and is scared seeing the cockroach, Jiyu and Rehan go on to the stairs, Vikram tells them not to touch it and call watchman, Jiyu goes ahead and holds the cockroach, Vikram walks back as kids walk forward with cockroach, Vikram lands up on his bed, he tells Jiyu to throw it in the trash can, Jiyu does that, kids blackmail Vikram with the cockroach and tells him to sit on his bed and not move while tehy will have fun, they demand chocolate from him, he agrees and presumes himself to be sandwiched between mom and kids at work and here respectively.
@Court, the lawyer says on 7th of Oct, Mr Samarth Sachdev was at his home with his wife, the entire day, PP (Public prosecutor) objects, the defense lawyer stands by his statements and shows the affidavit signed by Shobha and seeks permission to call Shobha in the witness box.
Ketan, the defense lawyer asks Shobha about her relation with Samarth, Shobha remembers Samarth's behavior in jail where he accused her of leaking property details to media and then holding her hand and hurting,, but then Shobha says Samarth loved and respected and he is a good husband. PP objects that the defense is deviating from the crux that was Samarth in the hotel room that night or not ?? Judge warns defense not to deviate from the issue.
Ketan repeatedly questions Shobha if Samarth was with her on 7th October, Shobha recollects all of the threats and hurtful words and says her husband is innocent and he was with her all day and someone is trying to frame him and requests them not to malign a husband wife relation . PP stops her when Shobha was about to leave the witness box.
Naani calls up vikram to check on kids, and tells him to make noodles for kids, Vikram refuses saying he can't do all girl stuff, Naani advises him to get Dukhi in his life .. Vikram makes an excuse of bad call connection and hangs up.
The PP says he is confused weather to laugh or ignore the prosecution by the defense lawyer, he adds that this not just any case, but a case of betrayal towards the country and he was arrested as per the the prevention of corruption Act. He further states that the ACB (anti corruption bureau) arrested him on the basis of strong evidence and defends the truth of video tape and also says that samarth got his name removed from the hotel's registration but they missed out a point that there was a staff change on that day and the one who did room service to room 1101 on 7th October is ready to give witness. All are shocked with this revelation.
PP further adds that they have all proofs against Samarth and that girl in many other hotels and questions if the video in the hotel is right, what about the video at home, as Samarth can be at one place at one time. He further adds, if they already had the video why did they take so long to submit in the court, he concludes by all means the video is falsified and tampered and Shobha is lying blatantly to save her husband who is a betrayer of the nation. He says, until now we all had sympathy for Shobha, because somewhere everyone felt her Husband cheated her as well, but that's not the case, Shobha is aware of everything right from the start. Shobha tries to defend herself.
PP threatens Shobha to lower her voice as she already did the contempt of court by lying in the court which is a crime. Shobha is shocked and the pp warns for this act of civil contempt under Sec 2(B) of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, she could be arrested and demands for her immediate arrest. Shobha and the rest of them are shocked.
