Mom sees a disturbed Shobha and was about to talk to her, there is someone at the door.Mom is surprised to see Sanjay at the door asking for Garu, Mom taunts him and tells him that Garu is with her fiance Ajay and both families are happy with the relation, Sanjay says but Ajay doesn't love Garu, Mom says what love he is talking about, when he had a chance to stand up for his commitment he didn't and tells him to get out, Mom also tells that Garu went to Ice Lounge with Ajay and throws him out and warns him not to ever come back again.
Shobha whole typing resignation letter on her laptop, is lost in the accusations hurled against her few hours back. Mom comes to Shobha and is glad to see her typing the Resignation letter and says working is not up to everyone's capabilities and says she is a "buddhu" "fool" who came back to her senses, to which Shobha says that she is a biggest fool and she can't work there anymore.Mom. tells her not to worry for any of the finances as Tarun is there for everything.and tells her to change her clothes while she gets a coffee for her. Shobha in a depressed state, is look at the moon and recollecting happy moments with Samarth and the shocking moments with Sandeep,
Naani opens the window and says though it's full moon day, the moon is almost hidden in a blanket of clouds and wonders how the weather is going to be, Vikram says however the weather is, it is good for him and he will have his good days back again, Naani asks why ? Vikram says his secretary is leaving on her own and he will win the bet. Naani says she might be having some valid reason else she is a fighter like Mary Kom, to that, Vikram says Shobha only knows her reasons, but atleast he doesn't have to endure her.
Naani remembers Naani asking Shobha's name when she dropped her at her door, she tells god will not forgive him if he exploits other's helpless and ruffles his hair. Vikram wonders why the entire world is behind his hair and applies more cream for more hair.
Ajay is having drinks with his friends in a pub, Garu excuses to go to washroom, Sanjay comes and asks Ajay about Garu, later they both end up in a fight, Garu intervenes and stops them and tells Sanjay to leave from there.,
Mom calls Saarika and updates her with Shobha's resignation news, both mom and daughter are happy, Mom says that there is a different sense of satisfaction that she is right and Shobha has accepted that she is wrong, on the other side, Abhay, Saarika's husband gestures her something, Saarika reminds Mom about Abhay's pending project file which Samarth has to pass. Mom says she will get it done tomorrow as she is gong to meet Samarth in jail, on his birthday, Saarika tells Mom to celebrate her victory and ends the call. Mom is taken aback seeing Shobha in kitchen. she reminds her of Samarth's birthday the next day and asks if Shobha would come ? Shobha says yes after submitting the resignation letter.
Saarika and Abhay have an argument over the pending project. Saarika taunts him and insults him for being immature, jobless and for taking favors from her family.
Next morning, Shobha walks into the office, the entire staff is involved in relatively audible gossip. Shobha walks in Vikram's cabin and hands over the resignation letter, Vikram asks her to wait and tells her that he wants the entire staff in his cabin so that some stories have to be revealed else the office atmosphere will be ruined. He tells Mahesh that he wants the entire staff in his cabin right now.,
The staff has joined him in his cabin, he asks Shobha to say, Shobha says resignation letter, Vikram says it's a rule of the office that no one resigns here, they will get suspension letter. He takes the letter, waves it before Shobha and says this resignation letter... pauses a bit and says "is not for you" Shobha is confused and shocked, he walks towards Sandeep and says that this is for you, shocking him and the rest of the staff.
Vikram tells Sandeep that he plotted a drama of a woman attempting a rape on him, which doesn't go well with neither his character nor Shobha's, he says neither Sandeep is soo naive nor Shobha is so agressive and confronts that just like he used CC tv to trap Shobha, he too used the same CC TV footage to bring out the truth. All are confused, Meetu says there is some misunderstanding and tries to explain, Vikram catches her and says why is she involving and explaining when he hasn't even name her and says he would pack her off as well along with her partner and shoves the suspension letter in her hand. Mitu still tries to frame Shobha.
Vikram says that he never liked Shobha and always would try ways to throw her out as he doesn't want to see her face, but alongside that, he has another "bimari" / weakness of speaking listening and seeing truth. and the truth is Shobha is just a victim here. He further continues that he has checked the CC tv footage and tells everyone to watch it as it is very interesting, he plays the clippings , where Sandeep and Mitu hug in the lift, later in the break area and last clipping where Sandeep asks Mitu if she invited the entire staff and says before Shobha complains against him, they have to trap her, Mitu asks if he would promote her after this, Sandeep assures her . Shobha and the staff are shocked.
Sandeep says Vikram is not doing the right thing by supporting a mere secretary over a marketing head, Vikram says that before being a secretary she is a woman and how much ever he hates women, he never sees them the way he did. Sandeep tries to argue with Vikram, who says that he got a special person for him, A woman walks in, Vikram tells his staff that she is Shikha, Sandeep's wife, Shobha and Mitu are shocked. Sandeep tries to explain, but Shikha slaps him and cries and tells him not to ever try to explain her anything and everything is over between them. Sandeep warns Vikram for ruining his family life along with his job. Vikram tells Mitu to get out.
Vikram tells Shikha that to an extent Shikha is also to be blamed for what has happened and tells those who cries for fools are the biggest fools, He gives her gyan of trusting her husband is good, but not blind trust and that doesn't mean she has to be nagging and suspecting, but she should have held some control on him.right from the start. Shobha is in deep thoughts. Shikha leaves
Shobha tells Vikram that he should have talked to Shikha like that, to which he retorts if she can talk to him like this, who just saved her job. Shobha says it was wrong on his part to call Shikha here and asks if he even knows how painful it would be when such personal truth is exposed in public, the pain would be so profound that one doesn't feel it, and says he wouldn't understand it as men can only give pain, they can never feel or understand it and adds that he is wrong, totally wrong and leaves, Vikram can't believe it and says "god it's unbelievable" rest of the staff vacate his cabin.
Shikha is struggling with the lift, Shobha tells her that she would drop her home, she asks which home , she doesn't have any home, everything is over and cries. Shobha hugs her and consoles her.

Shobha tells mom that she has life with him, 2 kids with him, everything is intertwined, there is pain and anguish, but still the feelings exist and you are his mom, you are our responsibility and it's for us and for our sake.
