"Hello doctors." Dr. Shashank said.
"Goodmornig Sir." All the interns replied as if in punishment. As if they have to be straight in the position and have a straight face.
"You know doctors, har saal hum ek fund raising even rakhte hai. Because this is a charity hospital, and yaha hum funds raise krne ke liye we need all this. So, I want all you interns to form couples and start practicing. Aapki duties baaki interns sambhal lenge. They are older than you, so they are not interested in the event. So you are the youngest in this hospital. Am I clear enough?" Dr. Shashank said. The interns nodded. They walked out of his cabin.
Zain's POV
Fund raising event! Dance! Aaliya! Oh my god. I am so happy. Thank you God. Thank you so so much.
S**t. Oh god!
Meine hi Aaliya se kaha tha ki kisiko mat batana. And I had a reason. But yaar, ab mei kya kru? If I dance in front of everyone with Aaliya, they'll know that we both are together.
But..
Tu tension mat le Zain! Tu Zain Abdullah hai. I am sure you'll find someway out.
As we walk towards the locker room I hold Aaliya's hand from behnd and grab her towards the fire escape.
Hospital Fire Escape
Aaliya's POV
Who on Earth is this? I won't open my eyes. Koi.. nikala toh? Mei kya krungi? I gulped the fear and slowly opened my eyes. And to my surprise and also to my relief, it was Zain!
"Tum pagal ho kya? Zain kisine dekh lia hta toh? You only said na, hum kisiko nahi btate. Then what happened? Ab kyu esi cheeze kr rhe ho. Pls jao na Zain." I pleaded him to leave. But Zain was Zain!
"Nahi jaata. Tum kya kr logi?" He said.
"Mei kya kr luungi." He nodded. I grew more angry. "Ab tum dekho Mr. Abdullah! Mei kya krungi!" Thumping on his foot hardly with my heel! Oh god. Best feeling on Earth when you were just discriminated. He holds his foot.
"Are you freakin' crazy?" Zain said as he held his foot trying to subdude the pain.
"Don't act so baby-ish. I haven't hit any bones or anything! Bas thodi der aur aur tumhare per theek ho jayega. Now if you excuse me, mujhe kaam hai." I was about to leave when he left his foot and put his arm on the wall, blocking my way.
"No, I don't excuse you." He said. A smirk played on his lips.
"Zain hato na!" I tried to go from the other side but he trapped her from the other side too. I looked scared. "Dekho agar tumhe lgta hai ki tum aisi cheesy harkatein krke mujhe pata loge, toh tum bahaut galat ho. Mujh jaisi ladkiyan aisi nahi pathti."
"Par mjhe laga tum already pati hui ho?" He said.
"Shut up!" I pushed him away and ran off from the firescape.
