The episode starts with the RP chatting with the boy about Meena's marriage and Vikram watching this gets envy and angry He tears the saree he was holding and goes away All watch his reaction
In the hospital the doctor says he cant be sure about Zakir's condition Sandhya gets upset
Disha and Prema discuss how Zakir escaped from death Maya calls and informs he is alive but he in coma stage he cant come out of it not even after four years The one who knows the truth but will not be a threat for them
In RM Meena is worried about if things went wrong what will happen Suraj assures that Vikram will not agree for her re marriage Babasa too gives her confidence Sandhya calls Suraj and ask him to come to the hospital telling about Zakir Suraj tells her he is coming right away and informs the RP They also volunteer to come the hospital Baboo asks Prema to take care of Misri and leaves
In the hospital Sandhya break into tears seeing Suraj and says she cant bear to see Zakir in this stage Suraj pacifies her and says Zakir will never fail and asks who is the reason behind this Sandhya says RK's group
