Meri mangni oct 16th 2009 may hoyi and we left Pakistan for the US on Jan 21st 2010, since then we haven't met... meri mangi k liye na onkay parents raazi thay, na mere... onki daadi, and meri naani sisters hai, tou jab humara scene bahir aaya tha - thanks to some friends/cousins (whom I am truly grateful to, qk agar woh nhi hotay tou aaj tk me yehi soch rahi hoti shayed k apnay parents ko kese batao) bura krtay krtay mera bhala ker diya - tb mere naani and onki daadi ki convincing ki wajah say hamari mangi hoyi... my dad and his side of family didn't quite like his family.. for good reasons, but when my dad first met him, which was after my engagement btw, he fell in love with him, like literally, mujhsay zada mere dad onki tareef kertay thay, he was suddenly mama daddy's son, and I was baba mumma's daughter, but then this looong separation :(
