Hii

First of all m new in this fourm n new viewers of Beintehaa,m watchng this serial coz of nandish n rehan n alia marrige..

As per i know in islam halala is haraam bt a women wanna marry her ex husband n she did halala nikah so , it is absolutely obligatory for the woman to have a complete sexual intercourse and relation with her new husband if ever a remarriage with her ex-husband were to take place in the future and considered to be valid and lawful in the Sight of Shariah Law.

So m quistion is

WILL REHAAN & ALLIYA COUNSUMMATE THEIR MARRIGE EVER?

Probably and hopefully not. They havn't always followed islamic laws correctly, not with the talaaq and not with the halala so why should they show this.

Planned halala is haraam, and would not be considered as a nikaah, so even if aaliya hadn't done this and went to Zain, it would have been the same, their marriage would not be lawful. Only difference is, now ZaYa are apart, in pain. But if it had been the other way, i.e. aaliya hadn't done the halala nikaah (planned) then they would have been much happier now.

Most of the things that they are showing are not according to the Shariah, talaaq, halala nikaah, darga, etc

There are lot of things that are very important in terms of talakh and Halala that the cv's haven't followed so theres no reason why they can't skip this detail.

Already they have made a joke out of marriage,love and relationships it's better they don't degrade the show any further.The main thing they want to put through to viewers is that Talakh is highly disliked in Islam and what the consequences are and they have shown that by portraying Zain and Aliya's immense pain of separation and this Halala nikkah so job done now they need to move on.
