Talaaq before consummation

Guys i was searching on t before consummation and i found out this...

The scholors r unanimously agreed that woman with whom the marriage has not been consummated iis irrevocably divorced with a single talaaq and one who hasdivorced her has no right to take her back,bcoz taking wife back is possible only during idaah period annd there is no iadah before consummation.

So can we expect that aliya can marry zain after single divorce bcoz rehan aliya will not consummate their marriage and as per spoilers he is going to give her first talaaq soon.but dont know which route will be followed by mr.dark tunnel.

I just wrote the same on the deccan chronicle post- technically in zaya case they can get married immediately after 1 dovorce by Rehan :)) yipppeee👏 . no iddat required if no consummation and no need 3 divorces as 1 divorce -even though revocable - is still a divorce and woman can remarry after that.

Yes without consumation even a girl can initiate divorce

Wish thy follow ths bt no I dn't think thy will shw anything lk ths thy won't shw zaya reunion so easily infact thy will stretch ths 3 months n 3 talaaqs for long whereas zaya talaaq was wrapped up in jst 1 week

No friend I dont think there will be just 1 Talaq! They will drag it! *bangshead* they dont really care at all abt rules&laws! I hv no hopes actually because I've been disappointed by CVs way too many times! I hope things r normal before it's too late though! TRPs r in bawdi so is the show with it's tunnel track!
