Harsh had a scar in Hasratein too..but it was due to a diff reason...he got it while threatening his parents ..sucide karna chahtha tha kyunki his parents didn't agree to his marriage with Asmita..

Now this scar is totally diff...but both come into picture only when Harsh's character's infidelity is revealed
