Rehaan and Aaliya can't marry with the intention to divorce, that is haraam. Both of them have to marry with the intention to treat it as a real marriage with no conditions then only will it be seen as a halal. If Aaliya/Rehaan marry knowing they want divorce then its a sin, its not seen as a marriage therefore it will just be seen as strangers cohabitating.

Tbh, I still don't believe they're divorced cos that divorce only happened because of manipulations by outsiders therefore the divorce itself is nullified.

Halala Nikaah is not a sin, Planned Halala Nikaah is (2 different concepts).

If they plan a halala, like u asked, that would be haraam
A woman can divorce her husband, it's called khula, I don't know much about it though, all i know is that it's nothing like talaaq, which I know a lot about.
I knew the details about khula, but I was very young when I learned about it, so I don't remember 'em
