I'm not sure about the last one, I guess it depends on what you follow but most muslims believe that the talaaq is still valid even if the women couldn't offer salah, though I also believe halala would be haram if it is planned

Another option is, the talaaq wasn't counted, because a talaaq holds no value when when the woman whom it was given to is on her periods, so they could show that aaliya couldn't offer salah (remember making dua'a is allowed in any situation,) or touch Quran majeed, as she was impure. So the talaaq wasn't counted.

That's not true. It's just considered bad/sinful to do it in that state but the Talaaq still gets counted. Same thing as when three talaaqs are given at one time.

Talaaq still counts even during pregnancy so that won't work either

actually hota hai, iddah ka time preganancy khatam honay tk ka hojata hai, which means an extension, but it definitely counts
