The halala law is there in islam so that people do not make a mockery of marriage. It shows how important a relationship is and that marriage is not a joke. Thats why talaaq is hugely avoided in islam. Marriage should be taken seriously and not like a game. Its also about the self respect of women. First you divorce her and then you want her back. You cant play with the feelings of a woman. And thats why this strict law is made to avoid divorces. But the way the CV's are showing it is wrong.
They are making a mockery of the rules in islam. First of all, how easily they showed zain giving the three talaaqs to aliya, like its not something really big. And then they show aliya making really strong statements against shariah. Ok so i understand that aliya was not in her state of mind and was just questioning the laws. But being a pakki musalman, she has no rights to make such statements. Anyway, leave this topic. Now the second thing, how easily CV's are ready to show halala in islam. Halala is HARAM and should be avoided. What message are they sending to the people?
Being a muslim, i dont like the way they are potraying the religion of islam. They are just making a mockery of it. It can hurt the sentiments of some people.
But anyway, its a fiction show and we can do almost nothing about it.😕
