The remote rattled and clanked onto the floo.As silence fell upon her,the sound coming from the televison slowly faded away ,it was as if she was being pulled into an abyss of muted darkness."Aliya ajj raat ko--"Shabana never got the chance to complete what she had meant to say.She halted in front of her daughter,who stood motionless,staring blankly at the TV screen."Aaliya beti--kya hua hai tujhe--Itni khoyi khoyi si kyun lag rahi hai?Aaliya--?"
"Ammi-Z-Zain --:Her chest constricted and suddenly the lack of air in her lungs made her deel claustrophobic."Z-Zain.."
"Haan -Zain? Kya hua hai usse?Aur tu ab tak!Aaliya-beete hue kal ko jitni jaldi bhul a degi utne hi jaldi tu zindagi mei aage bar payegi..." "Nahi A-Ammi..Z-Zain is in d-danger...mujhe jaana...""Alaiya tu kahi nahi jayegi." "Aaliya aap kahan jaane ki baath kar rahi hai..?" "Shukr hai Rehaan ke tum aa gaye...dekho na.Aaliya hai ki meri baat manne ko tyaar nahi hai!" "Aaliya moved around the room,with staggering steps,hastily collecting her purse and mobile,and she slowly began retreating from the room.."Aaliya tujhe meri kasam tu kahi nahi jayegi..Aaliya!"
She stopped at the doorway.
"Ammi aaj agar aap khuda ko bhi lakar mere samne khada kar denge,toh nai unse ladne ke liye bhi tyaar hoon..."

Fear crept up her spine and ramified throughout her body.It was a matter that held no fixed form,it weaved into the heart of all.A formless matter trapped in a very thin wodden cage,bathed in blood and pure adrenaline.The hotel burned in asea of red,orange and yellow and the cries of the people echoed into the night.Aaliya watched as the flames ripped their way through the building ,tendrils of smoke reaching desperately into the sky,as if trying to escape the inferno below it.He wa staying in that hotel...he was-her Zain--her...The apprehension of the sinister night shook her -what if something had hap----
"bhaisaab mere Shau-shauar Zain A-Abdulah naam hai ...appko pata hai woh kahaan hai..."
"Nahi madam..mujhe nahi pata.."the stranger replied.
"Inspectr Saab..'
"Madam app Rescue team ke paas jayiye..hum busy hai."the police personnel brushed her off..
""Madam yeh zakhmo ke list hai..par isme koi Zain Abdulah nahi hai...uss ambulance mei kuch laashe hai..aap wahan check kar lijiye.."
"YEH AAP KYA KEH RAHE HAI!Mera Zain----ZINDA HAI...USSe KUCH NAHI HUA HAI...woh aise mujhe chodd kar nahi jaa sakta...ZAINNN..."
"yeh shayad humari pehli aur akhri alvida hai...'
Bile rose up her throat as the very thought of losing him to eternity lomed large over her..
"Zain tum mujhe kabhi chodd kar nahi jaoge na..?"
"Arre MKB main tumhe chodd kar kahaan jaonga...aur agar mujhe kuch ho gaya..toh humare kitkit ka schedule kharab ho jayega..."
the swirling darkness and the pungent smell of vurned flesh and objects hit her...she felt as if the ground beneath her feet was slowly shifting..the swirling darkness was frightening .Curled tendrils of smoke beckoned the unknowing into the realm,chaos descended .Menance,madness and misery.
"teesre talaaq ke baad waapsi ki koi umeed nahi rahegi Zain.."
"Aaliya aapka aur Zain ka talaaq kabhi mikammal hi nahi hua..Divorce papers ke documents mei Zain ne apne naam ka spelling galat likha...iss liye papers ko waapas bhej diya gaya tha
--aur mainuss waqt apke saath hyderabad mei tha..aur unn papaers ko Surraiya mam ne Zian se chupaya...Aur doosri baat to yeh hai Aaliya ki malick ka case jab darj kiya gaya police ke paas..tab video footage mei saaf dekha gaya tha ki Zain ne aapko sab ke samne apne biwi ka darja diya..divorce nulify ho gaya tha Aaiya..."

A she ambled across the street ,broken shards of glass reflected the fire as it licked the charred windows of the hotel while the firefighters fought with the blazing inferno. The road in front og her was smothered with darkness..and all that she could see was the kaleidoscopic vision of the moments spend with him..their first kiss..their nikaah.their confession..their first night together...she had checked all the six dead bodies"but it seemed as if he was nowhere to be found..neither amongst the living nor the dead.the smell of burnt flesh and plastic lingered within her...She just wanted to curl up in a ball and wait for someone to come and save her..but she knew that this time there won't be anyone"he won't be coming to save her...A choked cry escaped from her lips she called out his name and felt a drop trickle down her cheek...it seemed as if this was the end of the road for her...

She never thought that she would find him standing outside her apartment,neither did Zain Abdullah expect this kind of reception..*SLAPPP*his face stinged as her palm made contact with his skin..Tears were streaming down their eyes..her hands clutched a fistful of his shirt"Kahaan chale gayethe tum"" "Tum ne hi to mujhe chale jaane ke liye kahaan.." "Shut up Zain !maine tumhe kahaan =ka=kahaan nahi dho-dhonda..agar tumhe kuch.."She lifted her blurred eyes to look at him-he was amirking at her distraughted form..."Zain!" she punched him lightly in the stomach.."Ou-Ouchhh...maar kyun rahi ho?"
"Chale jao"baat nahi karni tumse..."She was about to walk away when he pulled her back into his arms,and held her tightly against his chest.."Chodo Zain"yeh kaisi battameezi hai.."
"battameezi? Shauhar hoon tumhara-itna hak to banta hainaMrs.Aaliya Zain Abdullah..""Tumhe pa-pata chal.."she stammered as she figeted with her flimsy dupatta"Haan rehaan ne bataya mujhe-phone karke...par tum tab tak nikal gayi thi...Phoopa aur phoops ko bhi abhi pata chala..toh Rehaan ka phone aate hi maine check out kar liys hotel se...aur yahaan par aa gaya..hum sab baithkar baat kar rahe the...aur phoops ne jaane nahi diya mujhe..." "tum bahar kyun khade ho-" His grip on her waist tightened and he slowly whispered in her ears.."Sab log Rehaan ke ghar par hai..humme privacy dene ke liye..and I was waiting for you.." "zain..." her voice turned into a moan as she felt his lips on hers...
