Extremely wonderful post πŸ‘ what a tribute to RR this post really touch my heart
It has been a fantabulous journey watching RR getting addicted to this show and Afcourse IF I use to do this when IPKKND was on air was very attach to that show and the actors and thought to myself will never get attach to any other TV shows as when that show ended it really broke my heart the way it did

Anyways I'd like to thank the whole RR team the brilliant cast and crew and ST without which RR would never be the way it has been portrayed the way it has been as all love stories are not remembered always only few goes into becoming a CLASSIC and RR is one of them PARUD are one such couple which I will remember and cherish it always... The chemistry between Sanish is just one of a kind it's like a magnet that pulled you to them and one become so attach that it's now not easy to let go 😭

Well all good things come to an end an I consider myself really lucky to have come across such a beautiful show and actors Ashish and Sanaya has been a treat to our eyes..

I wish the cast and crew all the best in their upcoming show just hope and wish they don't disappear from our screen for long especially Ashish I will really really miss him on my TV RR has become a part of my life and RR forums that I am so attach to what am I going to do after 19th September πŸ₯Ί

Looking forward to the last week of RR and will enjoy it till the end πŸ˜ƒ

Absolutely fabulous post, Shweta. A beautiful tribute.

Although I have not been following the show regularly of late, would like to post a note of appreciation to the complete RR team for conceptualizing the show and bring it to life. After four years, a show got me to come out of the silent mode. Each character... from Rudra and Paro to Maithili and Mohini was etched beautifully. Kudos to the actors for enacting them so effortlessly.

Paro was a simple yet complex, silent yet strong. A mystic. Tenacious and unwavering. An eternal optimist. There was a lot of doubt if Sanaya could carry off the role of a simple, village belle. She made Paro's character her own. Another feather in her cap. Sorely disappointed that her character was killed off. Must add, Sanaya portrayal of Myrah was such that it seemed a completely different individual altogether.

Ashish finally achieved well deserved recognition with RR. A powerhouse performer indeed. And one of the few actors on Telly-land who can actually emote with his eyes. Rudra was a very complex character, with layers upon layers. Such fabulous portrayal... one could not help but empathise in spite of the gray shades. Read about him planning to produce shows for GEC. Would definitely give it a watch.

Ananya was simply fabulous. She is best known for her role in Devdas. I recall her from my growing years when she played Nirmala in a DD show, and later in Mahayagya.. A complete performer. I hope she does not take a long break again.

All said and done, feeling a bit sad for ST. It was after all his dream project. And no dream project deserves this. I can only wish that he digs in his heels next time. Stories of valor are not really popular. LOC was termed the most boring movie ever by a leading actor. If, maybe... it could have begun differently. But then, it would not be the RR we loved.

My best wishes for the team, and wishing each member success in all their future endeavors.

Shweta,
πŸ‘
You leave me speechless.
Such a beautiful tribute to Paro and Rudra along with the rest of the characters.
I am at a loss of words to add to what you have written.

Being a Sanaya fan, she was the only actor I knew and am so pleased to now know Ashish and others. I am Latino American and the only reason I got involved in Indian TV is because of my Indian friend.

Language challenged and all...I manged and along the way learnt a lot of things about Rajasthan, it's cities, people, folklore...etc.

I absolutely love Rangrasiya and have no gripes about it ending. It will long be remembered and even more so after it's ending.

Saurabh Tewari and his team did an excellent job from all aspects, a few glitches here and there, but then life is not perfect.

His choice for Paro - Sanaya Irani.
His choice for Rudra - Ashish Sharma
Perfection...there can have been no other.

Your VM tribute to Paro and Rudra - beautiful!!!

Thank you for making this post to show our appreciation for Rangrasiya.

Fantabulous post, Shweta! Thanks for the PM and this wonderful tribute to Rangrasiya. You perfectly depicted each actor's strengths in RR and their importance to the story. Without even one of them, RR would have never been the same. No matter how small the part, each character brought something new and important to the table. Bas.

RR will go down as one of the most time-forward and intense love stories in Indian tellydom history. It's shame that TRP viewers are not so forward in their thinking. And what's more disappointing is that an international audience has no say in the ratings. My only hope is that each of these actors find a project that brought them as much joy as RR seemed to do, only this time having the deserved response from the Indian audience.

A heartfelt thank you RR team for creating such a masterpiece and giving us inkling as to what the future of Indian television might be like.

Bravo.
