He hated being married to her. Loathed.
A compromise, he considered.
He was sure she did too.
He rather be with his previous flings than with her.
They were lively,extrovert.
She was quiet. An introvert.
They were interested in him.
She preferred books over him.Anytime
The world cherished him.
She kept him in line.
But then again they had high pitched laughter that made him wince.
Her laugh was quite,leaving him wanting for more.
Those girls may have a thousand things in common with him and he still found them boring.
He did not know a single thing about her.Yet he found her stimulating.Intruiging
They took every single word he said to their hearts and harp about them later.
She knew how to laugh at herself.
They depended on him to have a say.
She was self-reliant.
Maybe she isn't that bad,he thought as he crossed his arms under his head.
He poked her with his toe.
She looked at him indifferently.
"Mamu ki bhanji, chocolate cake ya blackforest?"
He might have imagined the smile that was barely there on her lips as she said/-"Chocolate."
