it is a complete divorce...he gave three separate talak declarations in the time frame allotted to finalise a divorce and i think iddah is the post final divorce waiting period for a woman before she can remarry. Like there is an iddat after husbands death, there is one after the final divorce... a waiting period before she is free to remarry. the period in bettween the three divorces is not called iddat ( m pretty sure but need to confirm)

did they sleep together while a divorce was declared?! so not allowed!

mayve alliya was already pregnant b4 the first talak...u cannot divorce a pregnant woman...only route cvs can follow without going the halala way and making a mess of the concept. divorce for all intents and purposes is irrevocable othervise

@john...iddah is a period after divorce is said and it is of 3 months. In which husbans can take his wife back.

that was not a declaration of revoking divorce, it was one of possession while saving aliya. ...it wasnt even said it front of the same witnesses of his divorce declarations...divorce cant be given and taken bk so randomly...it has to follow rules

as for iddah...i m pretty sure there is no going bk after 3rd talaq. the media depiction has confused the matter so much that no 2 ppul describe the same method!!

By this track the cvs are making fun of islam and that too in a sick twisted way
Firstly suraiya begum is in iddah (they didn't show that)
2ndly there are two ways a divorce is conducted in islam
First one vein when the man says talaq 3 times consecutively
After that there is a period of iddah for 3 months and the man can take the woman back as her wife but the marriage contact and the mehr has to be given again

2nd is the way the cvs are showing which is when the husband gives one divorce and the iddah for 3 months starts during which the woman and the man love separately the man can take her back or after a month give her the second divorce during that month also he can take her back but once the 3rd divorce is given and the iddah is finished both of them are divoerced and can not re marry again
