1.in d last episode rehaan told nafeesa zain is like her brother.then he and aliya's relationship is bhayia and bhabhi.rehaan deserve respect for his full support to aliya.I really respect him as an individual character .I WOULD SAY I ADMIRE REHAAN BUT LOVE ZAIN.

Also, I feel Rehan shares a platonic love with both Zain and Aliya and he is still in love with his wife.. He won't fall for Aliya either..
