Hi even im a muslim and you are right... Because once the third divorce comes out of the mouth then its over, there is no 30 days wait after the third divorce being said because if it was then it would mean the man has tk give four divorces and has wait 4 months.
It over they are divorced islamic propective. Zain was too emotional and rash to think it his fault because why was Aliyah saying time and time again dont say it the third time... Third time is last and is OVER.

But people follow different sects of Islam e.g. Shia and sunnis etc... Have different opinions so we have to see whuch rule they follow because most islamic sects have different views on divorce so peolple may follow the "30" days theory. But i follow the rule of once given divorce thrice NO TURNING BACK.
Sorry if offended anyone

Hey,I respect ur views maybe different places people follow different rules.
but one thing I know is we all follow whats in the Quran.
now about 1st 2nd and 3rd Talakh...thats where the confusion lies.
Now it is stated that after 1st 2nd talakh the man and women can remarry and even after 3rd talakh end of iddah period they can reconcile but after that they cannot get back to each other. The women has to then get married to someone else and If for some reason 2nd husband gives her talakh or he dies she can remarry her 1st husband.
The question is what u understood by this...in my opinion for u this states a man says the 1st talakh then next month says talakh 2nd time and then last month of Iddah he says the 3rd talakh.then thats it the women has to marry someone else.
What im saying is a man gives talakh then waits 3 months(iddah period) unless he takes back talakh in that time in front of 2 witness's they are divorce. Then if they want to marry again they can and again divorce same process and after that they want to marry again they can but if they divorce 3rd time then after the iddah period of this 3rd talakh they cant go back to each other.
Im stating what Dr Zakir Naik has explained in detail and he has given this info quoting from Quran.
Now unless someone can give me a solid reason to believe ur theory I will trust someone who knows Quran by heart and has most knowledge about Islam.
Sori im not arguing just putting forward what I feel.
but everys entitled to their opinion so ur free to believe what u want to.

I agree here as well but like i said people follow different views. Btw dr zakir naik is a really good pubkic speaker MashAllah. Like i said im open to views if they are proven with authentic HADITHs. I shall look up to it soon. Im not married so i have no idea about marriage or divorce. I only know thr basic what my family has told. And i dont follow any sects i only follow the quran and sunnah thats it... As for divorce the basic one that i have been told is that its over after third time... Lets see beside its a fictional show THEY WILL find a loop hole...

Sorry if i offended anyone

Also, from what I am aware of the rules of various sects of Islam regarding marriage are pretty much the same. So no matter which sect, in case if ZaYa they are pretty much divorced now, no matter what the sect.

The only complication that can arise here is if Aliyah is pregnant, then she can't marry again until that child is born and Zain have to be responsible for all of her expenses until then and the child expenses after he/she is born. If that is the case, even then the divorce will stand legal and since this is a Muslim drama the CV's can't go the typical way and have Aaliyah hide the baby due to pride/self respect or any other reason,as the religious laws forbid her to do so.
Let's see what happens. I for once still am heart broken and really angry at Zain even though I understand his complications. Let's wait and watch.
Regards,
Ayesha

This is what my mum told me as well... But im gonna look into what ullama says about this... Hmmm as of now according to my mum's point of view they are divorced. And i though idaah is after the third divorce where she cant see any non maharem men... Hmmm i guess people intrepret things differently... Its a very deep thinking topic...

No need for sorry dear you have ur opinion from what u know I have mine..that's why we said talakh in Islam is very complicated. But to get proper knowledge one has to go out and seek it from people who have most knowledge on the subject.I also belived the same as you but I found it very degrading that a women has to get married to another man and get divorce from him in order to go back to her 1st husband.I felt something is wrong my religion cant be so strict that it wont give a 2nd chance thats why I searched and found Dr Zakir Naik's video on YT.
You can also check it out if you want..
