Diya Aur Baati Hum Written Update 18th August 2014

Kanha and Mishri are sleeping.  Vikram is watching them sadly.  Bhabho, Bhabhasa and SurYa come there.  Vikram expresses his situation of being not able to accept Mishri and leave Kanha.  Vikram says he still feels he is the father of Kanha.  Suraj says to Vikram that he shares a blood relationship with Mishri and heart relationship with Kanha..  Bhabhasa says they won't leave give Kanha away.  Suraj says though Meena did a big mistake, she saved Mishri from child marriage and also asks Vikram to forgive Meena for kid sake.  Sandhya also supports Meena.  Vikram is shocked even after this, they are supporting Meena and says he would never forgive Meena in his life and leaves from there.  Suraj informs Bhabho that he has arranged a lawyer for Meena to get bail and asks her to forgive too.

Chavvi's house, Dilip comes home.  Chavvi opens the door wonders why is he back so early and then realizes it is about time and comments that she had too much work that she did not realize the time lapse.  Dilip sees all the vessels are shining and praises his mother.  Chavvi says his mother has gone for shopping and it is all done by her.  He praises her.  Chavvi asks him if he has some envelopes as she had no time for shopping and would like to gift her brothers next day for Rakhi festival.  Dilip's mother returns back with shopping bags.  Dilip asks why did not she take Chavvi with her.  Dilip's mother is angry and tells she asked Chavvi whether she needs anything but Chavvi did not say as she had no trust on her mother-in-law.  Chavvi tries to reason but her mother-in-law says to Dilip that she will bring tea for him and then he can take Chavvi for shopping.

The next morning, Bhabhasa and Bhabho are still heartbroken.  Emily is handling kids.  Sandhya brings tea for them.  Mishri asks them when is her mother coming back.  All are sad listening to it.  Bhabho starts feeding Kanha and Sandhya feeds Mishri.  Chavvi and Dilip come there.  Chavvi is happy and wondering why they have not made any preparations for the festival and then thinks they have planned surprise for her.  All are hesitant to speak anything.  Bhabho asks Chavvi about her health and advises her to take care.  Chavvi says lets not speak about bad things and be happy on festival day.  Emily asks Sandhya about what to do and Sandhya says Chavvi is their family member too and they need not hide anything from her.

In police station, Zakir informs Suraj that Meena got bail on the basis of stopping the child marriage but the child swap case will be there still.  He asks Meena to sign.  Then, Taisa and all her relatives also get bail and come out.  Taisa is very angry.  She says she will not waste even a minute there and does not know what she will do once she goes back to home.  Zakir warns her saying her son had taken the whole responsibility of child marriage and that is the reason they all got bail and her son will serve 2 years jail time.

Everything revealed to Chavvi and Dilip.  Chavvi is sad about Kanha and tries to comfort Vikram.  Bhabho asks Sandhya when will Suraj be back and by that time, they can make Mishri and Pari tie rakhi for Kanha.

Taisa tells once she goes back, she will get her grandson and would not allow him to be in other's house.  Meena is shocked.

Precap:  They are about to tie rakhi to Kanha when Taisa comes there and shouts stop.  All are shocked.
