Diya Aur Baati Hum -Written Update-

Meena protests the child marriage. Daisa tries to stop her. She takes firewood and puts it towards the priest and threats she will burn him if he tries to chant. Grooms dadaji orders his men to attack on Meena. But just then Suraj enters with Zakir and the Forces.
Vikram is devastated knowing the truth. He recalls how Mishri gripped his finger on the very first day. He says his daughter recognised him as her father but he could not recognise his daughter.
Emily and Shandya are also sad. Sudha says Meena did all this to become favourite bahu of Bhabho. Shadhya requests Vikram to go to home and they will discuss it there.
Zakir orders to halt the marriage and arrests them.
Daisa wants to take Mishri back but Meena refuses. She reveals that Mishri is her daughter. Everyone is shocked. Meena then reveals how she switched the baby in hospital and Kanha is Daisa's grandson. Suraj says not to lie as she has no need to lie to save Mishri. But Meena pleads to believe on her. She says to check the hospital's register and says she is even ready to undergo any medical test.
Zakir arrests all of them and says to Suraj that what Meena did is also a crime in the eye of law. So they have to start legal proceedings against her.
Suraj asks Meena to go to Bhabho and reveal the truth.
Precap- Vikram is silent and Bhabho asks him what happened. Meena
comes and says Kanha is Daisa's grandson. Bhabho is stunned.
