Exactly !! & Whn they Re Do Nikah thn again they ll be legally married in 3 months of Iddah !!The nikaah Nama can't have any restriction of the wife being only able to give divorce tho, They both have a right to give divorce if they want.. this is right confusing, and if Aaliya accepts her meher legally she is divorced but Islamically she isn't cause they have 3 months to get back together if they want if I'm not wrong
