Aliya was again winching in pain and tears were forming around her eyes suddenly zain entered
Zain-kya hua mez dard ho raha hai?
Aliya-nahi mein toh acting kar rahi hun(she shouted in pain)
Zain got scared because he heard somewhere that in these time of the month women gets irrited often
Zain-(stammering)aaliya t..tum yahi ruko mein tumhare liye medicine le kar aata hun...
Aliya-jaaldi jaao..
Zain went to the kitchen to get medicine..
Aliya-after five days I will let this abdullah pregnant me so that mein at least 9 months ke liye iss dard se free ho jaungi...
Zain was entering in the room when he heard aliya talking to herself and listened every thing what she said...
Zain-be careful what u wish sweetheart and gave his usual smirk...
Aliya started blushing when she realised that he had heard everything...
Zain-chalo yeh lo paaani and medicine..
Aliya took the medicine and drunk the water and soon the lovebirds slept in each other arms and also with their swollen lips...

Next Morning...

Zain woke up to see no one next to him.
Zain: Aaliya?
He saw a note lying down on her pillow.

It read:
Good Morning jaanu! Sorry I wasn't there to wish you but Happy Birthday! Now get up and there is breakfast for you in the kitchen. I had some urgent meeting and no need to come to office today. I have told Rizwan and Kartar to come at home to accompany you. The Birthday Boy is free today. I will be back by noon. Happy Birthday

In morning..
Sun rays were falling on the cute lovebirds who were sleeping in their embarrass..
Aliya woke up and looked around herself and she saw the mist beautiful sight in front of her eyes...Zain yes because he was sleeping keeping his mouth open and was luking really cute just lyk a baby...
Aliya chuckled and gave a quick peck to him..
Zain-abhi 4 din bache hai joh karna hai kar lo baad meh sirf mein karunga and gave a smirk...
Aliya blushed and ran to the washroom...
In the washroom she saw horrible sight...
Her lips were swollen and then she remembered what happened previous night...and smiled..

Priya I guess we are the only two continuing this...

Aaliya got out of her thoughts.
